Interesting proposal, but i think we can add a stud defender with that pick. More realistic would be next years first rounder for Rivers. _________________

| I think the raiders could package this years 2nd round and next years 3rd to get rivers. He won't draw a first rounder let alone a top 7 pick. He also didn't look that impressive in the last game of the season to merit a first round pick. |

Completely agree. The Chargers would never trade with the Raiders. But IF it were possible (since we're talking hypothetical) I'd go with kjherrm. A 2nd this year and next year's 3rd for Rivers. |

| I can't see SD trading Rivers w/ Brees undergoing surgery for a torn labrum in his throwing arm. The recovery time is 4 months and who knows for sure how well it will go? They have to keep Rivers as insurance. |

Salary Cap reasons won't allow them to keep them both unless Brees signs a small salary first year in a long term deal. |
