Thanks for the link kjherm. I saw your list of possible HC replacements and just thought I would give them a second opinion.

Billick: I really don't see the Ravens letting him go.
Carroll: He would be a good fit but he will want more control than Davis likes to give. Not to mention he would have to be insane to leave USC.
Sauders: He was actually considered the last time but spurnned Al's offer for an interview to return to KC - I doubt Davis will give him a second look.
Martz: This is another good fit. Martz doesn't care about penalties and mistakes just putting up points - just like Al. The only concern is his price tag.
Kubiak: He is not the genius behind that OL. The real guy moved on to Washington and Kubiak is just reaping the rewards like Callahan did after taking over for Gruden, or Switzer taking over for Jimmy - the product was already finished, just sit back and watch. Plus Al never like Gruden's west coast offense and won't like Kubiak's either.
Britkowski and Rivera: Both fit well with Al's profile of giving young up and comers a shot. He gets to pay bottom dollar and get good coaching at the same time. Rivera is more intriguing to me than Britowski but the key will be (for any young potential coach) what kind of a coaching staff can they put together.

So of your list I would put Martz and Rivera at the top - good work by the way. [/b]
