Haha..we will see. Should be a fun series. As part of the 6 game mini pack I bought, I am going to the first game of the Astros/Rangers series at Minute Maid Park. Good luck this season too.

Long season indeed. I know we will not be able to compete in the NL Central this season, but I am glad some type of baseball is being played. All I am hoping is a successful draft in June, Pence and Bourn to continue to get better and a Jason Castro to get called up.

Berkman and Lee are out for the spring training opener today at 12. Berkman is still injured, and Lee is going to the Livestock show and rodeo. Blum is playing first today and Michaels is in LF.

Berkman's injury isn't anythign serious accoriding to his MRI, but he's rested today and might be rested tomorrow.
This is going to be a long season like D59 said, but i'm looking forward to it, i just want to watch some baseball again!
Oh and why did you change from HoustonAggie man?

15-5 against the Nats today, 21 hits, 5 homers (incidently the same amount of hits the Nats had) Nice start to Spring Training, hope we keep it up against the Tigers (who lost to the Jays today) tomorrow.

Pence hit 2 home runs in one inning. Apparently he gained 15-20 pounds this offseason in muscle, so maybe some more power will come with it. I am excited to see his development for sure.
