Not only do I have the best player, the best coach, and three different Finals MVP's but I have two of the best three point shooters, two of the best rebounders and one of the best perimeter defenders in the league I also have some young future stars who can give some of the older guys a break and bring energy and fire off the bench.

11 all first team appearances
8 all first defensive team
Two time coach of the year and one of two coaches with over 900 wins.

Cleveland Cavaliers

Rotation

HC: Rick Carlisle

PG: Mike Conley / Deron Williams
SG: Wesley Matthews / Manu Ginobili
SF: Paul George / Chandler Parsons
PF: Serge Ibaka / Paul Millsap
C : Dwight Howard / Kevin Garnett / Joel Embiid

Injured List: Eric Bledsoe

Summary:

Strengths:
- Defensive talent: 4 starters on All-Def teams last year or in 2012. 2 former DPOY (both centres) and the likely college DPOY. Howard and Ibaka offer supreme rim protection.
- 3 Point Shooting: 7 of the 8 non-centres shoot at least 37% from beyond the arc. Matthews and Parsons both shoot over 40% on big volume, and both Ibaka and Millsap can space the floor without giving up defense/rebounding.
- Pick and Roll: Conley is a top 3 ball handler in the PnR and Dwight is a top 3 finishers. Against slower centres (Hibbert, Gasol, Jefferson) we will take advantage of this.
- Post Scoring: Howard may not be the Dream but he can score down low. In a half court "playoff-style" game, we can play an in-to-out game. Embiid has massive potential on that end.
- Rebounding: Only Mike Conley is an below average rebounder for their position, and Dwight will be anchoring the boards. Not a huge advantage but far from a weakness.
- Playoff Experience: 8 of the 10 have been to at least the Conference Finals, 4 have been to the Finals and Manu/KG have rings. Only Embiid hasn't played PO ball.
- Coaching: Carlisle has taken 3 different franchises to at least the Conf finals, and has won in very different ways dependent on his roster. He maximises talent and has a ring (2011 Mavs).
- Room for Growth: Paul George is 23, Ibaka is 24, Embiid is 19. Once Eric Bledsoe returns from injury, that's a promising young unit of defenders for the future.

Question Marks
- No Volume Scorer: Ball will have to move around as we don't have a LBJ/KD/Melo at the death. However, we don't have any offensive liabilities and everyone can score when needed.
- Ball Handling/Turnovers: Manu, Paul George and Dwight can all be turnover prone. While we are quite athletic, we might give up some easy points in transition.
- Dwight Howard: While he does have his BFF (Parsons) on the team, history shows that you always need to be aware that DH12 is not the same personality as most NBA players.
