I'm not getting a scroll bar on the side of the browser anymore unless I'm posting. It just started today. I use firefox. It's not firefox though because I get the scroll bar to slide the page down on other websites. Problem with FF or just for me?

That sounds like an issue with your Firefox browser, unless you're on part of the site where there isn't enough to warrant a scroll bar. Exit out of the browser and restart your computer. If that hasn't fixed it, you might just uninstall Firefox and reinstall it.

Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied

Was having same issue this morning. Could scroll thru everything but forum home pages. Cleared history, reset and seems to be working ok now.

I had that issue recently with Google Chrome.

I just hit refresh a bunch of times and it started to do what I wanted it to do.
