In my eyes, these three shows are far and away the best sports nationally syndicated radio programs on today. Thankfully, none of the three run concurrently.

I've been listening to the Dan Le Batard show for probably the shortest amount of time, but it's my favorite. No radio show makes me laugh more. It's also the least sporty of the three, with a weekly spot by Zoo Miami's Ron Magill where he takes random animal questions from callers. But the best segments are easily Dan's rants. Exhibit 1 - GIVE IT TO ME AGAIN. And I love Stugotz's ineptitude.

Dan Patrick is the best interviewer, and I'm a big fan of the Danettes. SVP and Russillo are the most thoughtful.

Which is your favorite? Which is the best?

I don't listen to Le Batard so I can't really comment on his show. However, DP and then SVP & Russillo are great. They talk a lot about basketball on SVP & R, which I don't really care for, but I still love listening to them talk about it. DP is great, like you said, for his interviews and the Dannettes are great.

Unfortunately, I don't get to listen to DP a lot these days and SVP is on right during my lunch break so I'll probably go with SVP and Russillo.

I wish the morning radio was better. Mike and Mike is just brutal they never talk about sports and then my only other option is Andy Furman and Mike North on FSR but they are awful too. Artrell Hawkins used to make Andy Furman bearable but now that he left and they replaced him with that idiot Mike North I can't stand to listen to it.

i like mike n mike from a entertainment standpoint. they get off subject but its fun to listen to them argue.

when i was working on the road i listened to sports radio from 6-5. i did have a problem keeping everyone straight after mike and mike.

SVP & Rusillo
Mike and Mike
Dan Patrick
Coach & Company
Dari & Mel
Stink & Sedano

The Herd

I don't listen anymore because he's kind of an elitist A-hole. But it's definitely more interesting than these other programs that bore me to death with the same old generic group think and meaningless statistics.

Le Batard is about as unoriginal as it gets.

Also, Cowherd is a watered-down version of Skip Bayless in my eyes. Very rarely does he provide any substance with his grandiose statements.

Is this Dan Lebetard show the same one as the guy who brings his dad onto the show? "Papi"? Cause that has got to be one of the worst shows I've ever seen.

I don't listen to sports talk like I use to. But when I did I listened to Dan Patrick religiously. Best in the business. His staff are a bunch of tools but he's good. Russillo is great but I like him on his own when he use to do the nba today podcast. That was the best basketball podcast ever

Same guy, different show. The Dan Le Betard Show is on ESPN Radio nationally from 4-7 ET, and on locally in Miami the preceding hour.

Also, Highly Questionable is an awesome show.

I've been listening to sports radio forever, and even before ESPN acquired The Le Batard show I found a way to find him. That's been the benchmark. It's consistently the best most entertaining most original sports show around right now. It's going through a little bit of a downswing right now without Stan Van Gundy, but I'm sure they'll find someone to replace him on Wednesday's eventually. Thursday's with Bomani Jones is the best.

The Herd has significantly declined over the last decade with his myopic viewpoints. He is the most talented in the business, being able to run solo like he does, but his disgusting transformation into a Yes Man over the years since joining ESPN is pretty saddening.

Dan Patrick is for people far more concerned with the pop culture side of sports than he is any kind of real sports journalism. It's candy.

Rome is the worst thing to happen to sports radio.

Mike and Mike is still solid. Pretty basic though.

This is about as 100% correct as you can get.
