While I hope it gets made, I would never donate to it.

I mean, I really dont have faith it will be good anyway....but hopefully it gets made an I am proven wrong.

First one was awesome.

Comedy sequels are virtually never good. Don't see why this would be any different.

This.

I would donate but that would just make me feel more entitled to complain about it if it sucks and nobody wants that

I mean, I guess it was just me but that video promo they just did was actually pretty funny. I agree while they're not generally good, these guys really haven't put out a bad movie. Club Dredd was kinda bad but I've watched it a few times since and it's not as bad as I initially though.

I have faith in these guys.

This shouldn't be a shock to you. Broken Lizard is huge in the cult scene and people have been clamoring for this remake for however long since the first one caught on.

I predicted all of it in 24. "Almost" is close enough lol. In 31 days, I bet they're going to quadruple it.

Oops, not sure how I missed this. Anyway, I have some of the same concerns about the sequel, but I'm still excited for this.

I dont know much about how this kickstarter type campaigns work.

I figured they reach it....but yes, one day was surprising to me....even if it is a popular brand.

I doubt they come close to quadruple it. It's how these things usually work. Nearly everybody that is desperate to see it and willing to donate pulls the trigger immediately. Veronica Mars movie was the same way. Hit their goal of $2 million in 12 hours and finished with $5.7 million. Would bet that it finishes between $4-4.5 million. Which is obviously still a helluva lot of money. Laughing
