That's part of it. The combo of winning the SB and Favre crashing and burning made it easily my favorite pro-sports season of all time. _________________

It is rather nice to see our 2 HOF QBs on a couple of these lists. _________________

This has to happen again this season. I feel like Rodgers is getting a pass for his 1 and done because of his record setting year and the fact that the defense sucked. We gotta win again before the media is all over him about not winning. I can hear it now. "How can he be the top QB if his super bowl year was just a fluke". Blah, blah, blah, blah. Need more Lombardi. |

That's just stupid.
Brees only won 1 ring and was 1 and done to a 7-9 Seattle team the next year. Brady hasn't won a ring since 2004 and the Patriots haven't exactly been dominant every post season since then.
The sports media likes to find things to criticize and pick apart about everyone, but that doesn't mean it's actually believable in most cases. _________________

Why'd you click on Favre's name? It's highlighted in purple.
So unbelt, bro.
Pretty belt for putting these up though. Beltin' A. |
As it should be. He needs like 3 billion showers to wash the purple off of him.
But back on topic...
Aaron Rodgers is pretty good at playing quarterback. _________________ GO PACK GO!

Yes, but Brees was never considered the best QB in the game. I agree it's stupid, but the media will get on Rodgers if he doesn't win another ring. |

Marino and manning disagree with you. _________________ Adopt-a-Packer: Casey Hayward

Does anyone else find it insane that Marino threw for 48 TDs at the age of 23? I was whining about getting up early for economics class at 23.. he's dominating the NFL.

Transcript from Aaron Rodgers and Graham Harrell's interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio the other day...
nice little dig at #4
Adam Schein: By the way, this is cool. I say this to Rich all the time, you're the only quarterback in the league who does this. You always insist that the guy who's #2 comes out with you at training camp, does the interviews. You did it with Matt for the last few years, I think it's a pretty neat thing Aaron that you do.
Aaron Rodgers: Just a tradition passed on in this organization that I wanted to keep going.
