Great win last night, and an expected win today over JoJo Reyes who in his loss tied a major league record for futility. He is nearing 30 starts w/out recording a win... a streak dating back to '08.
Nice challenge this weekend against Seattle's stellar pitching staff. Pineda, Hernandez, Vargas is what we will see Friday through Sunday. I'd like to see some of our guys break out of their slumps/semi slumps.
Cano is batting about 30pts below what you would expect. Tex, about the same. Swisher, about 60pts below. We need the middle of out lineup to produce soon. Let's hope the off day helps some of the boys get their minds right. They will need it. |

Pineda and Felix are about as close as you can get to being un-hittable as of right now, they're both ridonculous.
Vargas had a chink in his armor in his last start, and I would be worried if we were in Yankees stadium, but alas, we're not, thank God.

I'm going to all three games this weekend. Very nervous for Friday/Saturday, but hopefully the Yanks can win at least one of the the two games.

Watch us lose Fri and Sat then Vargas CGSO on Sunday.
Going to visit the fam in AZ FRi, Sat, and Sun, all of which are huge Yankee fans, gonna be a long weekend if we can't get two of three.
