I can see shopping Granderson as I don't think he'll be back after his contract is up.
Shopping A-Rod doesn't make much sense. He's still an above average 3B and we'll end up paying most of his contract anyway.
Teix I'd keep. Gold glove defense still and he'll still hit 30HR 100RBI even though he'll hit around .240.
I'd resign Ichiro to be honest (if he comes with a reasonable pricetag) and have Gardner/Granderson/Ichiro to start the season for the OF. Much better defensive OF and more speed on the basepaths. _________________

I see A-Rod only regressing, and he can't do it in the play-offs. Time for him to go.
They picked up Granderson's option... I think we need to change our philosiphy and picking up Granderson's option won't help. _________________

WOOOO KURODA!
Also, I've looked at our farm system a lot more, and it seems like we've got a lot of interesting guys, but they'll all be taking a while to get here. _________________

Yeah Sanchez has a lot to work on behind the plate, but like Montero, the bat might bring him up. Williams is probably going to be the best prospect of the bunch (Sanchez is close), because a lot of his tools seem really good aside from the power. Hensley could be a pitching prospect that actually works out (hopefully he doesn't run into issues like the Killer Bs) _________________

I agree...I think Austin and Bichette Jr are gunna be great players also. Austin and Williams are gunna roam the outfield in Yankee stadium for a while. _________________

More likely they're traded for immediate impact players, IMO. _________________

You think Williams too? I see him as a future major player for us. I really hope we keep him, Sanchez, and Austin around. We need to get younger, and unless some amazing deal comes around, I wouldn't want to part with him.
What do you think their ceilings could be Mesa (if you had to guess?) _________________

I wont guess numbers.
Sanchez is like Jesus Montero light. Not going to catch full-time, and not the same projection offensively, still a good prospect, though.
I like Austin the best for the future. Best approach at the plate and more power than Williams.
Mason Williams has high bust factor. He's a head case from what I've read (Meaning he's really hard on himself, and pouts). Could just be that he's young, but who knows. _________________

Yeah heard a lot about his and Sanchez's issues, but they've apparently matured somewhat. I'm hoping they continue to grow and get better character wise. _________________

I feel that next season could be a waste of a season for the Yankees while they try to get payroll down...sad that it'll most likely be Andy's last year. _________________
