Followed that link, and it's still on sale for me.
If it's available when I get back (in about 3 hours), I'll purchase it.
I already own DA:O, and the expansion (which I haven't played it yet  ), AND I own DA2... but that one is on PS3.
Granted, I should probably check to see if I can run it on my PC or not... then there's the issue of me not having the extra DLC on the PC like I have it on the PS3...
But if I plan on getting DA3 (and I do), I'll hopefully have a new PC, or else upgrade my current one.
Would I "own" the game and be able to use this across multiple computers, ala Steam? I've never used GameStop PC before.

Yes you can use GameStop across multiple computers, just make sure to download the app to each computer and your good to go!

Gamestop is having a buy two get one free sale this weekend, it's limited stores only, but it wouldn't hurt to give your store a ring.

Amazon.com selling Combo pack of Batman Arkham Assylum + Arkham City for $9.99 (PC download)
says steam client required for activation... what does this mean? Does this mean I just need to activate the game once and then uninstall steam or am I forced to go online every time I want to play? (Not a PC gamer so I'm clueless about this, sorry)

GameStop is having a 100% trade in bonus on consoles until 10/21. This is an awesome deal if you're looking to dump some old consoles, or you're looking to upgrade.

BestBuy is have a B2G1 Free sale; good on 360, PS3, Vita, DS, 3DS and Wii games $59.99 and under they also brought back the 100% Trade In Credit on any game. [10/21-10/27]
