I like it so far. I find it a tad scary and challenging by yourself in single player. Once you go into a co-op online that's when it seems like your just beasting the zombies but all around it's fun. I enjoy the game quite a bit. I like the fact that guns are few and far between so you really have to stock up on good melee weapons and they often get wore down so easy. I like that when you level up so do the zombies so it doesn't seem like your just one hit and kill on them.

Just got to Act 2 last night and the game is definitely picking up and more challenging. The Beach is fun, but there was too much open space so it wasn't much of a challenge.

I haven't gotten to play much, but I probably played an hour and a half, and didn't really get into it. I'll keep going, but so far it wasn't worth the cash IMO.

Game Stop was sold out of it ... But my quick thinking made me check Wal-Mart which had it lol ... so needless to say I picked it up yesterday ... played for about 2-3 hrs so for ... its a very different zombie game, I am used to Left 4 Dead series where even playing solo you have companions ... But this game does look pretty sweet...

PS right now I hate the "thug" zombies ... so hard to kill!! Evil or Very Mad

Pretty pissed. Game has a big bug and doesn't always auto save. They released a patch, then took it away again to fix it more. So some people have the patch, noobs like me, not so lucky. Won't even touch this again till its fixed.

Sorry to bump.

But, I started playing this again, I was bored with my other games. And I realized, the weather never changed (I know its on a paradise island) and also, it never gets dark either lol.

Fun survival game, its kind of challenging going solo.
