Would have brought in Richards personally, but you knew Kelly would be next cab off the rank when he was called up for the Norway game.
Now if Terry is out injured, what are the odds of Ferdinand being called up? _________________

I would hope that Rio would tell Woy to bugger off tbh. _________________

Damn I forgot Richards still hadn't been included, ridiculous. _________________

The only logical explanation is that Richards didn't want to go to the Euros. _________________

Or everyone really overrates him. When it's this desperate I don't think it matters and Kelly is perfectly fine to be called up this late. Richards isn't trusted by City.
I'd expect Ferdinand to be asked to come and he'd say yes. Though we're really being depleted by injuries this summer. _________________

No, just no.
Richards is twice the defender Kelly is right now. _________________

There was this debate a while ago, but I believe it was Jmay who showed that this simply wasn't true. Walker and Richards are clearly the best RB's in England. I would have rather called up Caulker than a backup right back. We only have 4 players who can play CB now, and Terry has been very injury prone this season. Woy has has some extremely suspect selections for the Euros. _________________

Twice is a stretch. I'd have picked him ahead of Jones and would ahead of Kelly. But everyone really overrates Micah Richards, his exclusion isn't a massive travesty. _________________

What are you on about?
He is our best RB, how is that not a travesty?
Because people overrate him? _________________

I don't think Walker and Johnson being ahead of Richards is that much of a travesty, especially seeing as Johnson has been okay in defence this year. Kelly being taken is a stretch especially as Richards is more versatile but he isn't the best RB by a huge distance. _________________

The spine of our team (i.e. CBs and CMs) are looking very shaky now. If we get out of the group, I call that a success. _________________

Both Walker and Johnson are very close to him. I'd have picked him ahead of Jones and Kelly but it really isn't such a disgrace. _________________
