Happens ALL the time to me. I have scrubs lighting me up because of it.

Just got the game a month back just for the heck of it. Two things.
1. I love the presentation, the gameplay, everything. But the online community is horrible. Far worse than Madden, COD, etc. Because really, at times, it doesn't even require skill. Just someone taking a single dominant player and abusing them. I'm not going to sit here and say I'm great or anything but come on. I can't figure out a single way to stop Bryant in this game. Along with that, they need to tone down the reach. I have people ripping me all game no matter who I'm controlling. Sure, a couple of reach in calls here and there but in 5 minute quarters, do those even matter?
2. Stephen Curry is a beast. I'm sort of a hypocrite from what I said above but I can't help but shoot 3s with him, especially when someone is sagging off or he is uncovered.

Just started a single player association on 2K11 and did the fantasy draft using the Heat. I have Lebron and Love, don't really use my center's that much my main Center plays for 18 minutes and his backup for 5. Raja Bell, Afflalo ( Spelling), and Shane Battier are my other main players on my team. Were 8-3 right now and Lebron has been ridiculous he already has two triple doubles and has gotten in the 40's and 50's in points the last two games.

The guy is unstoppable. And when you put Bogut in at center, you can just Post up with Bogut when they start playing tight defense on Curry, and then if they double team Bogut, just kick it out to a 3 shooter. I run this lineup with Golden State online:
PG: Stephen Curry
SG: Klay Thompson
SF: Brandon Rush
PF: Dorrell Wright
C: Andrew Bogut
And it's near unstoppable. I use a similar strategy when I use the Clippers as well. I've been playing with Cavaliers recently, which is challenging, but fun. No real strategy with that team, other than to just dominate with Kyrie.

Here is the cover for NBA 2K13. Probably the worst cover I've ever seen for a sports game.

Agreed. They should have stuck to what they did last year, and just have each one on a separate cover. I'm still waiting for 2k to announce anything new about next year. So far it's just been the pre order DLC and the cover. I have doubts that 2k is going to improve hardly any of the bugs/flaws in the game. Isn't EA bringing back NBA Live this year? That's why I'm holding off on pre-ordering 2k, which I was disappointed with this year. A roster update from 2k11 would have been much better than what they did with 2k12.

I can see Durant on the cover, maybe even Rose; but why Blake Griffin? The dude sucks in real life and can only dunk. Screw that. I like it much better with only one player on the cover. If they were going to do the 3 on one cover, at least have it blend better and have all three guys doing different poses (Griffin dunking, Durant shooting and Rose passing).

Honestly, they should just let fans submit their work and having a voting system to pick the cover. There are some people out there that make sick covers.

Do players have potential ratings? Or can you develop any into a star?
How good are the rookies coming out?
Is it worth picking up now or just waiting?
