yes and I'm sure 13 will have it. |
Some more questions:
Do players have potential ratings? Or can you develop any into a star?
Yes and yes.
How good are the rookies coming out?
Usually in the 70-80 range.
Is it worth picking up now or just waiting? |
If you can get a deal for it, otherwise i wouldnt. _________________

1.Players have potential ratings using letters A-F like Madden did these past few years. I forget which drill but in the offseason there's a drill that lets you boost their potential. Or if you don't like a\players potential you could always manually change it on the roster screen ( on the main menu, not sure if you can do that in Association.)
2. The lottery pick players are usually good starters right away, John Wall was an all star in his second year in my association. Mid and late first round you can usually find guy's who will be good starters down the role and in the second you'll be lucky to get someone who will be better than a roleplayer in his career.
3. The game comes out in October so it's that awkward period where it still feels like forever until the game comes out but it's pretty close to being time for the next edition, checking online the price for it has gone down by about $20 so it's a bit cheaper than before but I'd hold off. As for if it's worth picking up that's tough to say I've heard that online association is almost unplayable, the player ratings were confusing, and the sliders need to be adjusted in order to be really realistic, at least that's what I've heard on Operation Sports since I was thinking of upgrading from 2K11. If you're not too hardcore a basketball fan you probably won't notice those things as I only really know the big name players and didn't adjust any sliders or player ratings and I had fun with 2K11 right out of the box. _________________

In my association I just finished Lebron ended up having more than 2800 points We ironically beat Cleveland to get to the finals where we beat the 7 seed Spurs in 4 games 3 of which were blowouts They're team sucked except for CP. Lebron pretty much carried the team we only had an 80 overall rating here was my team: Lebron, Love, Shannon Brown, Battier, and I forget the Center but he only plays for about 15 minutes (don't like using them too much.) Also teams are so easy to dupe out of good draft picks I got a lottery pick from the Bucs that ended up being a 2nd pick I forget the guy's position but he starts off on 72 overall with 91 potential that I raised to 99 during training camp. Him Lebron and Love= Dynasty. _________________

Yeah, because of some of the classics: Rakim, Mobb Deep (Shook Ones), etc; the song we're talking about is HAM.... _________________
