Most clear cut penalty I've ever seen. Are you kidding me?

It's amazing that the U-20 team moves the ball so quickly. They play the style Klinnsman said the USMNT would play.

Those guys are so tired out their and they are playing their hearts out. Wish our senior team played like this.

I'm usually not one to blame officiating but ref missed two clear penalties.

The first one he missed was a clear penalty. The second one he missed was debateable IMO and would have been called if Rodriguez hadn't over acted. He did gift you guys a PK though. Pretty exciting game although it was pretty sloppy.

Man, this backline is gonna look even worse now without Tim Howard covering their asses.

Good thing the Polar Bear has experience playing with a terrible defense in front of him.

LOL really. Guzan should feel right at home.

That's a huge blow but Guzan is a more than capable keeper.

No reasons to panic but,

Clint's hurt.
Timmay's hurt.
Dolo hasn't played in 2 months.
Landon's on a mental health break.
Fabian's hurt.
Edgar Castillo's face is broken.
Cameron isn't playing.
Bocanegra isn't playing.
Bradley's back on the bench.
Jones is either hurt, suspended or out of favor (I know he's suspended for UCL).
Both Mo and Kljestan have been suspended recently.

Other than that, everything is fine and dandy going into Qualifiers in a little over a week.

Overreaction of the cycle or no? I'm legitimately worried about whether we'll qualify for Brazil. I can see us finishing 4th in the Hex.

I'm not worried, unless we don't win against Costa Rica. The odds of us going through with 1 or 0 points after three games is slim. Three points after 3 games isn't too bad, not ideal, but not awful either.

Of all the injuries the one that I think affects us the most is Fabian, especially with Castillo out. If he's not fit in time, we could be in some trouble. Parkhurst isn't seeing regular minutes at Augsburg and really isn't comfortable at LB, Lichaj has never played a WCQ, Boca absolutely cannot play LB anymore. Possibly we may see Brek there if Fabian can't go?

In regards to Cameron and Boca not playing, we've got no other choices. It looks likely we'll see Cameron/Gonzalez in Denver and Gonzalez or Cameron with Boca at Azteca.
