In reply to Jets from the last thread, yeah. I would have been interested to hear what Isaac had to say about Styrofoam Boots, but I'm guessing it would have been hard to get much out of him. Also, the drug related references were pretty much swept under the rug throughout the documentary.

Well, since I guess no one had a chance to see the last post I made in the old thread, I highly recommend checking out Jonathan Boulet's "We Keep The Beat, Found The Sound, See The Need, Start The Heart." It's an awesome record. Let me know what you think.

History Book is my favorite song of theirs -- the rest of the album was good, too, but I didn't put it on my Best of list.

I hadn't heard of many of those albums. The ones I recognized (Sigur Ros, Japandroids, Death Grips, fun., Alabama Shakes) I have enjoyed to some degree.

New Ceremony is my favorite. That wonky 1-3-m6 guitar riff holds a special place in my heart.
That Jonathan Boulet record is really good. Just listened to it.

It was a pretty cool watch that got me back to another all Modest Mouse day, which is always a good thing. Really wish I coulda seen them on the LCW tour way back when.
