- This is based on THIS SEASON ONLY August through December English Premier League matches. Not Champions, Europa League, Carling Cup etc. So use your head.. don't just vote for the names you recognize (if that's the case just don't vote)
- Must have played in a minimum of 10 EPL games (That will be apparent in the selections) However, OTHER will be an option, so write the name in if you chose other.
-Current injured players are eligible as long as they've played in 10 games regardless of how long they're ruled out.
Benoît Assou-Ekotto, Tottenham Hotspur
Leighton Baines, Everton
Gaël Clichy, Manchester City
Ashley Cole, Chelsea
José Enrique, Liverpool FC
Stephen Warnock, Aston Villa

And thanks for partaking in this, guys. I know it's kind of tedious and annoying selecting the same player in similar polls over and over again, but I honestly value your all's football opinions over anyone else I might come across. I.e if I asked on an Arsenal forum I'd get 50+ "ANDRE SANTOS!" replies.
Voted for Enrique. _________________

I'm going with Baines but Enrique is right there with him. Ashley Cole has been extremely average this season and Clichy hasn't really impressed me. Assou-Ekotto has been very solid though as well. _________________

| Enrique here. He's a big part of why Liverpool has such a good defense. |

I cant believe Stephen Warnock makes the Poll..........
Hes been Awful Apart from a couple of tackles recently
That said Enrique gets my vote....Good at both ends of the field on the occasions ive seen him this year. _________________

I voted for Enrique, Assou would be my reserve choice though. He can be a little bit dodgy at times, but him and Bale have such a superb partnership.
I swear down, if Walker doesnt win best right back I'm going to kick off. _________________

Can't imagine Walker not winning it. You've got Ryan Taylor, who was playing well before he got injured, Micah Richards, Glen Johnson, Chris Smalling?..
Drawing blanks here which doesn't bode too well for other candidates. Emmerson Boyce at Wigan has had a few good games but I rarely watch them.. Ivanovic has been a fine RB when he plays there but splits time with Bosingwa.
Any suggestions welcome we've still got 12 hours or so before I put the RB poll up. I have a feeling Walker will walk it. _________________

^ Ryan Taylor has played Left-Back most of the season and I think you've got the two Taylor's mixed up, Steve Taylor got injured not Ryan _________________

I'm not going to be here in 12 hours and I'm not back until New Years day afternoon. If I dont vote then put one up for Walker from me. _________________

Glen Johnson (I know the board hates him) has looked really good this season. His play in the back has really steadied. _________________
