Team so far:
GK: Michael Vorm, Swansea City AFC
LB: José Enrique, Liverpool FC
CB: Ledley King, Tottenham Hotspur
CB: Vincent Kompay, Manchester City
RB:

Pretty thin here on candidates probably due to only a few RB's standing out. This should be a quick round of voting but feel free to check other and reply with a name.
- This is based on THIS SEASON ONLY August through December English Premier League matches. Not Champions, Europa League, Carling Cup etc. So use your head.. don't just vote for the names you recognize (if that's the case just don't vote)
- Must have played in a minimum of 10 EPL games (That will be apparent in the selections) However, OTHER will be an option, so write the name in if you chose other.
-Current injured players are eligible as long as they've played in 10 games regardless of how long they're ruled out.
Kyle Walker, Tottenham Hotspur
Micah Richards, Manchester City
Glen Johnson, Liverpool
Chris Smalling, Manchester United

Put my vote in for Kempus (Walker), if for some reason it's tied at the end I'll decide it. _________________

He's actually been better than past seasons this year from what I've seen. I know it's kind of a Pavlovian response to chuckle a seeing his name but he's put in some decent shifts and at least deserves to be recognized, not saying he should win the poll or anything. _________________

I know he's second to Nani in the hate from this board but he's been really good of late. Even at defending. _________________

Johnson has been playing really well this season, and any lapses in defending he's had have been no worse than anything you'd expect from a modern attacking fullback. He's even been legitimately quite good at both phases a lot of the time.
But I went with Micah Richards. |

| I think Walker is better going forwards than Richards, but Richards is no slouch, and he's better on the defense. |

Why on earth is Richards winning this? I understand its close, but Richards is so injury prone. He hobbles off injured or has to miss a game every other week. Where as, Walker has played in pretty much every game this season for us. He has arguably been our best player, plus Richards isnt trusted to play in the big games and isnt even selected to the England squad. I'm not saying he shouldnt be playing, but there must be a concrete reason why he never gets to play.
Walker is the only choice here. _________________

Richards and quite easily. Walker is fast...really fast, though. _________________
