Correct, you have one tag unspent. The best use of 1 tag is probably to keep a player from your Practice squad last year.

Okay, glad to have you on board!
Keep in mind, now that you are a GM, you can also change your Team's name, colors, logo, and STADIUM SETTINGS. Its quite ironic - the owner of the Popsicles before you was also a Tampa Bay fan.
Either way, good luck to you, the franchise will be tough to GM with limited Keeper tags, and not having their 1st and 2nd round picks (they were traded away last off-season).
