December 2011 Update
Premier League
Not at all a good game. The injury problems from last month persisted and Fellaini, Baines, Cahill, Vrsaljko, and Rodwell were out for this game.
This was just a terrible game. Nothing more needs to be said. At least Fellaini was back for this one.
I'm glad we gave Liverpool a run for their money with 4 starters injured, and coming off a 4-0 dismantling. If Reina hadn't played, we'd have won; we had 5 clear cut chances, but only managed one goal.
This one was a tough result to take. We had 3 shots off the crossbar and did not deserve to lose this game. Erick Torres picks up his first goal after playing in 12 games, so there's that for a positive.
Another tough result. I hope this is just the result of a terrible string of games before it. If not, we're in trouble since Sunderland were 16th coming into the game and in terrible form.
Premier League Table
2011 was a frustrating year. We obviously have the quality, but injuries have hampered our form. Luckily we have a completely healthy team now, so hopefully our form picks up. If we can stay healthy, I think we can clinch a Europa League spot, but it could be a challenge. _________________

January 2012 Update
Premier League
We start the new year off right with a finally full health squad. Would have liked to have dominated this game more, but I'll take a 2-0 win.
Dominated Stoke at Goodison Park and I'm surprised they scored, but it's a good win and gets us on the right track for the new year.
Bleh. Apparently you don't win at the Britannia in FM either. 2nd game against Stoke in 4 days.
3rd straight draw and we're back to the mediocrity of 2011. I sent two starters on a much needed vacation prior to this game, but still should have won this one.
FA Cup
After beating QPR 2-0 in London, we came back home and took care of business knocking Leeds out of the FA Cup in the 3rd Round.
This was embarrassing. We had a mostly full squad, so this was just unacceptable and I ripped into the team after this one.
Premier League Table
Moved up two spots with a decent League month. I signed Karim Ait Fana on a free transfer at the end of his contract in June, but that's all on the transfer front since none of my preferred targets would come to the club for what I could offer them. _________________

February 2012 Update
Premier League
Doyle's goal was offside. Should have won this game, but it is what it is.
Surprised we managed to get the win here. 2 goals in the final 4 minutes of the game is absurd. We played bad, but a win is a win. Especially against Chelsea.
You would think after beating Chelsea we would be able to beat Aston Villa, but apparently not. Disappointing.
BY FAR the result of the season. Beating the second ranked team in the league 4-1 is a HUGE result. Coming off a loss to Villa, a win over City goes a long way to help morale imo. And Torres finally shows the potential that made me sign him.
Premier League Table
West Brom beat Tottenham in the Carlin Cup final, so that takes away one of the spots for Europa League, making my goal that much harder. But moving up two spots definitely helps that goal, and with the games in March [Tottenham, Newcastle, Wigan, Swansea, Norwich] I'm pretty sure I can get into a Europa League spot with those last four games. _________________

March 2012 Update
Premier League
We went into Stamford Bridge and won, beat City by 3, but we lose to Tottenham. Makes sense. In a fight for a Europa League spot, we can't afford any losses.
I was confident going into this game since Newcastle was ranked 19th. This one pushed us up into 7th and into a Europa League spot.
And now we're back down to 8th. Vrsaljko getting sent off so early into the game didn't help us at all. I'm positive that if he played, we'd have won this easily.
Wins are nice, but we need Fulham to lose so we can take the Europa League spot and run away with it.
Another win, another 3 points toward our goal.
Premier League Table
I forgot to take a screenshot, but the only thing that changed was City overtaking United at the top of the table. _________________

April/May 2012 Update
Premier League
This was a tough game. West Brom shut up shop and we didn't get the goals until the 89th minute, but a win is a win.
I was a bit nervous at halftime since we were down and just playing poorly, but the team stepped it up and came from behind to get the win.
With Fulham one point ahead of us in 7th[the final Europa League spot], this was the game we NEEDED to win, but Dempsey ruined that, tying the game in extra time.
This was the start of a tough run of games that I really didn't want to have in an end-of-the-season battle for a Europa League spot, but we got the huge win at Anfield.
I shut up shop in this one, hoping to get a draw against United. Definitely didn't expect a 3-1 win playing defensively. Lovely result.
We couldn't afford to lose this game, and a draw at the Emirates is a fine result for me, especially coming from back from 3-1 to tie it in extra time.
The final game of the season, and an incredibly important one if we were to get anything out of the season.
Premier League Table
Coming in the post-season update. _________________

I don't get this one. Haven't lost power in a couple weeks or anything. Saved it a couple hours ago, went to load it just now and that happens. I just went to the games folder and the Everton one is half the size of my others.
I'm definitely turning rolling saves back on. _________________

Try clearing your Roaming files. Show your hidden files and it should be under User>AppData>Roaming>SI and delete your FM12 folder. Can't guarantee it would work but it has been a do-all fix for when anything goes wrong with my Football Managers since 09. _________________

If I didn't already delete the file, I would. _________________

Damn, that sucks. That happened to me once and I quit playing.
At least Cubo started heating up. _________________

Yeah, he really came around the last 10 games or so. I still have the screenshots I was going to post and he finished the season with 10 goals. He was 2nd on the team, 5 behind Quintero. _________________
