Did anyone buy Sonic Generations? For the first time in many years, we have a good Sonic game. Hooray. _________________

I played the new Sonic in Walmart a few days ago and liked it. Not enough to buy it but it was fun _________________

General Grievous, On WII lightsaber duel, is a pretty tough opponent (in the hands of my 5 year old daughter). _________________

Hate the new Sonic game. The 3D is too short and cinematic.
Give me a full 3D Sonic Adventure 1/2 any day. They are capable of making a good 3D game. _________________

Tough decisions ahead. I just finished Saints Row 2 (downloadable copy came free with Saints Row The Third) and I don't like to play two very similar games one after another, so I have to figure out what to play next from:
- Infamous 2
- Fallout: New Vegas
- Blur
- Skyward Sword
- Rayman Origins
- Sonic Generations
- KOTOR 2
- STALKER: Clear Sky
- Baldur's Gate
- Beyond Good and Evil
They all make a decent case for themself. _________________

Started playing Blur... wow. It's great. It's basically Mario Kart with real cars, only with the following changes:
- You can see which power-ups you're going to pick up, so you can aim for what you want (though it's obviously difficult at times)
- You can hold three items at once and switch between them, so you can save a shield/boost for when you need it
- You can destroy other racers
- Instead of blue shells, there's a lightning item that throws some lightning fields in front of first place. They're able to dodge them, and the rest of the racers have to navigate through them too.
- It's not stupidly easy like Mario Kart
All changes for the better, in my opinion. Seems like $5 (Steam sale) well spent. _________________
