Team so far:
GK: Michael Vorm, Swansea City AFC
LB: José Enrique, Liverpool FC
CB: Ledley King, Tottenham Hotspur
CB: Vincent Kompay, Manchester City
RB: Micah Richards, Manchester City
DM: Lucas Leiva, Liverpool FC
MF: Yohan Cabaye, Newcastle United
MF: David Silva, Manchester City
- This is based on THIS SEASON ONLY August through December English Premier League matches. Not Champions, Europa League, Carling Cup etc. So use your head.. don't just vote for the names you recognize (if that's the case just don't vote)
- Must have played in a minimum of 10 EPL games (That will be apparent in the selections) However, OTHER will be an option, so write the name in if you chose other.
-Current injured players are eligible as long as they've played in 10 games regardless of how long they're ruled out. _________________

Can't go wrong with Bale and Mata on the wings. |

I may just keep them both, with Silva more central and Cabaye/Lucas playing deep. It would only leave room for one striker, but who cares really. _________________

Both deserve to make this team. They've been phenomenal this year. _________________

I'd take Ba and Aguero over Mata but that's just my two cents. _________________

I have to agree, I would certainly take either over Mata. _________________

Well we can have two strikers which was the plan all along. My assumption is your guys team would be Ba/Aguero strike partnership with Bale/Silva/Cabaye/Lucas midfield. Silva playing on the wing I suppose. _________________

What I'll do after tallying the votes is make one 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 and a 4-4-2
and we can vote on those or just discuss. I'll use some players that finished 2nd in voting to full certain spots for each. _________________

Mata is one of my favorite players in the league and if he fits into a 4-5-1 I'd include him; the only thing is I don't want to disenfranchise the voting process. I'm probably going to have to swallow my pride and deal with the team without Van Persie, so we all have to make sacrifices on our favorite players _________________

I don't see how RVP won't make the team to be honest. _________________

Of course RVP makes the team. The point I was making is in addition to him, I'd also take both Ba and Aguero over Mata. The four I just mentioned are going for 2 spots as it stands. _________________
