When I was asking about the deadline for mock entries, guess I was looking for a way to include the FA period, since predicting that along with the draft picks is quite a challenge. But in the end, turning your entry in after the FA period will let us know exactly which holes the Eagles need to fill, hence giving us a good chance to get some correct.

I think we should do something about the best mock 3 years out. Most people say it takes 3 years to fully grasp how well a draft actually did and how well the talent panned out. If we did something a long the lines of best 2009 mock that would be kind of cool to see how well people actually did.

We could do something like that, like whos mock if we actually selected the prospects in that mock would be best?
while our "Mock Draft of the Year" would be most accurate with who we actually selected?

Sounds like a plan. Best mock is the one 3 years out, most accurate mock is the one who hits the closest on this years picks.

B60 If you don't mind I could piggy back the part where I suggested going back 3 years. We could have sigs made and I will post mocks people did 3 years ago for review for the "Closest to the Eagles" and the "Best overall mock"

I know that, My thought was that I would create a thread and quote all of the old mocks in there for people to see, review, laugh at, and vote on.
Also what kind of timeframe should the eligible mocks be from? because there's always people making mid season mocks, pre-playoffs, pre-senior bowl, pre-combine mocks....I was thinking of restricting the dates a little bit.

Would it not be easier for everyone to provide a link to their draft in this thread for grading and award purposes? Then you know which one they are submitting for those who have created 5,10,15,20.  Since I am not one of those people here's my submission.
