Giants War Room

Hey guys, seems like I will be the GM of this years first FFMD. Although I will have positions, everyones voice and opinion will be heard and taken under consideration. I also do not want you guys to think of this as a job and want you to be active as much or little as you would like. The main objective is for everyone to have fun and have some good arguments on how to make our Giants repeat. Wink

Positions:

Please post the top three positions you want. Remember that all positions will have the same amount of input and weigh in decision making, but some positions require activeness.

-General Manager: Save The Hero
-Assistant GM: bagh
-Head Coach: jacobsrules
-Capologist: Gmen4ev
-Director of College Scouting: Ice_Dude_2008
-President of Player Personnel: Acgott
-Director of Media Relations: Onyxmeth
-National Scout: bigblueben
-Offensive Coordinator: GmenSeattle
-Defensive Coordinator: Deacon Blues
-Special Teams Coordinator: bballbkd1001

Quote:
The Jobs:

-Assistant GM: Will need someone active to take this position, because he will be next in charge in case anything happens. Can talk trade with other GMs.
-Head Coach: Focuses mainly on current team.
-Capologist: Focuses mainly on cap situation to maintain the Giants under the cap.
-Director of College Scouting: Focuses mainly on the draft and rearranging the big board.
-President of Player Personnel: Focuses on free agents and trade targets.
-Director of Media Relations: Focuses on giving writers an idea of what the Giants are accomplishing/want to accomplish, as well as vague tidbits on possible trades.
-National Scout: Focuses on information on draft prospects
-Offensive Coordinator:
-Defensive Coordinator:
-Special Teams Coordinator:

Because with a little help from you we can do this:

Again and again and again.

For all of our newcomers, this is a very fun offseason game the entire forum participates in. You should give it a shot.

Good luck as GM Save the Hero!

Very very fun. I reccomend this. Don't feel afraid to voice up fellas. While I ran this last year, I became very close to all the posters.

I will take any small role. I'm barely on anymore but will help when needed buddy

This is always fun.

Can I sign up for the following position?

1. President of Player Personnel: Focuses on free agents and trade targets
2. Assistant GM: Will need someone active to take this position, because he will be next in charge in case anything happens. Can talk trade with other GMs.
3. Defensive Coordinator: Outline Defensive Plan, Identify and Scout potential fits in both the NFL and College Football.

This one is going to be a lot of work if STH has to do it himself.

Anyone else willing to help?

I would love some more opinions. I already have a Big Board completed, and am working on free agency strategies. We are only 9 million under the cap so we are going to have to make smart moves.
