Alright guys, its that time of year. Plenty of you already know how this works, but I've decided to add another element since last year we almost had a tie. The tie-breaker will be most points early on. So if 3 people are tied, whoever earned the most points from our first pick will win and so on 2nd pick, 3rd pick...until we have a winner.

Winners from the past years:

2006: DjBuddah
2007: DjBuddah
2008: mcol126
2009: JaguarCrazy2832
2010: Bobloblaw86
2011: Brett32

Here are the Rules:

1. One mock draft per member
2. The final mock needs to be posted by Thursday, April 26 at 12:00 PM ET
3. You don't need to explain the pick when you make your mock
4. You can post your mock, but then edit it, all the way up to the deadline. If you edit your mock after the deadline, your entry is void.
5. Also post another position (this is called the "2nd option position") you think they could go with next to the pick, you may put a LB for their pick but if you think they go RB, put that and you could get points.

Point system

If you get the player right - 15 points
If you get the position right - 5 points
If you get the 2nd option position right - 3 points

Here are some examples of how it works...

Pick 1 - DE Quinton Coples UNC (CB)
Say the actual pick is DE Coples. You would get 15 points.

Pick 2 - CB Chase Minnifield UVA (WR)
Say the actual pick is CB Alfonzo Dennard. You get 5 points for guessing the position correctly, but that is it.

Pick 3- WR Joe Adams Arkansas (CB)
Lets say the pick is CB Josh Norman . You get 3 points for guessing the correct alternative position, the position in parenthesis ()

One thing that we changed last year was to prevent people from putting obvious first rounders for our 6th round pick at a shot at 10 points is, you must match the player picked with the # pick he was picked in.

In order make sure everyone knows where I'm drawing the positions from, use this is a reference: http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/players.php?genpos=wr&draftyear=2012&sortorder=tsxpos&order=ASC

ALSO,

The position you match it to, must coincide with:

http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/players.php?genpos=QB&draftyear=2012&sortorder=tsxpos&order=ASC

This is the site we will use to match positions. It prevents us from wondering whether someone is a DE/OLB, CB/S, G/T etc.
