It finally happened.
Quote: | A 21-year-old named Vugar Guloglan oglu Huseynzade has been working in an advisory position with Azerbaijani Premier League side FC Baku since February. But with only Football Manager experience to his name, Huseynzade succeeded where other have failed by being awarded the manager's job. |

DOF is useless. He is supposed to negotiate transfers and contracts for you, along with trying to sell/loan players. However, you can do all of that yourself. I think what SI did was create a bunch of micro positions like Head of Youth Development and U18 Coach and U21 Coach when in FM 12 you had your reserve manager and U18 manager have blanket roles.
I do like the new training. You don't have to create specific training schedules anymore which for an experienced player might suck. I always felt it gave human players a huge advantage over terrible computers who never knew how to train their players.
Also won the PL by 8 pts and won the Europa League. Going to start a new save on a mid table club. Want a project. _________________

I thought he was very useful in selling players. I couldn't sell anyone on 12. _________________

After Steam downloaded my new update the other day I'm sure players now sometimes celebrate by doing the Gangnam Style dance... I'm not 100% sure as you can never be certain what they're trying to do but it sure looks like it _________________ 2016 Adopt-a-Bear: WR #13 Kevin White

Wanted to see how bad I could make a PL team. It was much easier than I thought it would be initially:
*drum-roll*
And then.... finally with one of my last games in charge (not by choice) the boys sent me off on a high note with the biggest scoreline I have ever seen:

I am rather disappointed that you did not choose to have attack down the left flank selected as the primary use of the football. _________________

^ Yeah not wrong there. I've tried that tactic now and straight from the kick-off my players just boot across to the field for the opposition's wide man to collect and run forward. _________________

Hmmm that is pretty impressive actually. In FM10, I tried to do that with Manchester United (trying to get them relegated) although I put the correct players and they actually almost drew or lost by a little. _________________

They won 42-0 and only had 57% possession... I'd be disappointed.
Goalkeepers outfield does work sometimes, on FM12 with Bristol City I went to put my back-up keeper Loris Karius on the bench as sub 1, without realising I accidentally put him as our starting striker. I only realised 70 minutes in to the game... When he drilled a 25-yard screamer in to the top corner. We won 1-0 _________________ 2016 Adopt-a-Bear: WR #13 Kevin White

To be fair it will be kind of hard to take the ball away when all 11 players more or less tapping the ball to each other in close proximity _________________

Does anyone else get the feeling that the game almost conspires against you on Fifa 13 sometimes. Every single lucky bounce or rebound, your keeper has an absolute howler, the passes go miles away from where you intend it, your players miss absolute sitters that they score in every other game, the opposition keeper gets a 9.9 rating, blatant fouls against your team are never called. I hate losing to absolutely crap kids who just get this obscene luck against me. _________________

You know what sucks? Trying to play Athletic Bilbao without Iker Muniain. (Llorente has already left) My team has a 60-70% win percentage with him playing and about 20-30% without him.
With Griezmann signing with Arsenal, there is no good attacking players for me to sign. I am given 50m because I sold Llorente two windows ago for 31m and there is no players to sign at all that can help my attack. It is so frustrating. Come on Wenger. Bench Griezmann so he wants out.
Also, I never knew this before but you can loan U17 as well to give them Basque nationalities. I have been loaning in young 4 star Spanairds now on 1 month loans like crazy. Hopefully in a few years, the pool of talent will be a lot larger. _________________
