Terrible Steelers pick at #24.

#1, Jenkins has huge character concerns. Steelers usually pass on guys like this.

#2, Steelers have higher needs than CB in the 1st, namely OL, LB, and DL. If it was Kirkpatrick, I could see it. Not Jenkins.

#3, In this scenario, give the Steelers Konz, Hightower, or Barron instead.
