On phone so I cant post link but we are discussing a deal with Raptors for Lowry.

Also Felton will be out 2-3 weeks with a strained hamstring.

Have a feeling it will involve Shumpert.

Lol so funny. People thought MWP was what we needed to turn the corner. The guy is done in this league as far as I'm concerned. Good riddance.

Who said that? From everyone I talked to, my own opinions included, everyone was expecting him to be good defensive cover to match up with bigger forwards that we may face (D. West mostly). He was a minor piece and a slight gamble (low risk high reward).

If that's true then we should be pulling it immediately. If it was Shump I'd prob do it but with MWP it's a no brainer.

Well looks like it won't happen. Or maybe Dolan will offer all three, who knows

Knowing Dolan he will give them all 3.

If he does I am done with the Knicks.

Not sure what's gonna happen here. Looks like MU wanted 2/3 Shump, THJR and pick. Knicks wanted to somehow just give Felton and get Lowry. They seem far off. I also heard Dolan is scared of bending in the scenario to MU has he has already been bested by him twice and is scared of the media killing him if her were to get his ace handed to him again by MU.

Deal I'm hearing now is Lowry for Felton, Metta and a 2018 first rounder so THJR/Shump were replaced by a meaningless Artest whom would likely be bought out.

As a Raps fan I guess I'd do the deal I'd rather have one of the two young players but I'm already in tank mode and don't much care for Lowry right now and that 2018 pick could be good.

I say no deal then. Lowry isn't turning this team into any kind of threat in the playoffs, wouldn't give up the future for him

Most people did. I'm saying with how our offense was last year, not this garbage we've been doing this year. Most people believed we just needed a defensive anchor to turn the corner and add some toughness to our 3 point festival. Last year he would've been a great rotational player. This year, he's just further facilitating the problem.

Again, I'm not saying anyone did. I'm saying he hasn't even lived up to the very lofty and little expectations he DID have.

Is Lowry that much better than Felton though

Laughing Laughing Laughing

Felton was pretty solid last year, battling injury now. I dont ever watch Toronto but everyone was down on Lowry last season.
