I'm going to get some decent gear then start saving gold and start MFing a lot.
What I miss about Diablo 2 is the fact we had secondary weapons. I miss having a Bowa with Titans/Jab maxed out on switch. Was sooo beastly... Honestly that is the only thing I miss about Diablo2(I don't expect my Wiz to have a melee attack...but it would be freaking awesome to have at least something that did some damage but didn't have good range whatsoever.

I started to do a bit of farming last night but it's just too boring for me. Gonna try to slowly make my way through inferno as I can. However, playing my DH who just hit 35 is quite fun May stick with her for a bit.

I also tried to farm and couldn't grind it..got too boring...instead leveling an Alt in all Int/XP/GF items...through 16 levels, already accumulated 50k...I know it isn't ideal, but it keeps things interesting, and gives me, when done, a higher level alt...however, it doesn't compare to the 2-5ook that could be made farming SK in A1I

Yep. It's more fun to me to just level new characters. Eventually I'll get up to where I'll have a ton of gold saved up. I think I'll prefer just getting a bunch of guys to 60 and getting the gold that way rather than grinding with 1 character and have him progress all the way. Who knows, maybe my mindset will change tomorrow But for now, my DH is quite fun and my WD is annoying getting 1 shotted so DH it is

farming is pretty boring but I'm used to Diablo. Not the best with computers/never had a bot in D2, yet when I actually played I was rich. I just want to get some gear for when PVP comes out to be honest.

What specs do you guys have in inferno?
I feel as though my HP/armor is a bit low
38k HP
2500 armor
My dmg and resistances I think are fine.
44k dmg with SS (28k without it)
and all my resistances are north of 450.
I still get 1 shotted by some elites and most normal creeps 3-5 shot me. I think it is ridiculous |

Ouch. This patch wrecked my WD. First the attack speed nerf cut my DPS down by over 8k. And then the increased cost of repairs is nuts. Looks like it's back to Hell farming to re-gear to make sure I'm able to mow through things rather than methodically fight and die occasionally considering every death is 10k gold in repairs.

Yeah, the new repair cost is brutal.
I think it was a needed fix though, the penalty for dying was way too small |

I agree. While they lowered the damage the monsters do, they upped the cost of dying to counter balance it and remove the incentive to just zerg death your way to bosses. Just unfortunate that it came at the same time as the attack speed nerf as well as breaking zombie bears for WDs. Basically took anything that helped us and stomped on it Oh well, hopefully its for the best in the long run, I didnt like the idea of having to rely on spitting darts for the rest of my time. Just means I'll have to wait until they fix the bears and start grinding for gold/new gear. Until then, time to get my DH to 60 too
