A better Bears draft would be:

rd1: Martin
rd2: Fleener
rd3: Curry
rd4: Good pick
rd5: M. Jones
rd6: Criner
rd7:Leo Johnson

I'd expect WR to be addressed before the third round for the Rams. I'd say one of their first three picks will be a WR.

like your draft for the most part,
question for you why did you go lb instead of martin at 22?

I pretty much agree with this. The only pick I would change would be the RB pick in rd 4. No real need for a RB with Freddy and CJ. I would say TE or WR keep everything else the same.

Give the Browns Jonathin Martin at 22. Lavonte David is a HUGE reach there.

Agreed. I would like it if we ended up with David, but he could easily be had in round 2 or even 3.

J-Mass is a steal in the 6th - great work

1- Not really in love with anyone at 19. Would love a trade down, but I'd settle for Nick Perry here.

2- Like Minnifield at this spot, but if Fleener is available, this would definitely be the pick.

3- Decent pick, but I'm thinking Jamell Flemming. Perfect Tampa-2 corner.

4- Marvin McNutt would be the pick here, no doubt.

5- QB is actually the last thing we need. Any of the 3 LBs would be good here.

6- Gettis from Iowa would be a nice, athletic addition to our o-line, plus he's a Chicago kid.

7- RB is not a need. We're good here. Probably another O-lineman.

Love the effort you put into this, nice job!

Reaching for a below-average talent, not value here at all. I'd rather go with Lamar Miller [RB; Miami (FL)] here instead.

THE DUKE wrote:
28. Green Bay Packers: Shea McClellin, OLB - Boise State

Go with Devon Still [DT/DE; Penn State] here instead. Insane value and can play the five technique for us.

THE DUKE wrote:
28. Green Bay Packers: Chris Polk, RB - Washington

After going with Lamar Miller earlier, go with Cam Johnson [DE/OLB; Virginia] here instead to give the Packers another pass rusher.

THE DUKE wrote:
28. Green Bay Packers: Ron Brooks, CB - LSU

No thanks. I'd probably just rather add Travis Lewis [LB; Oklahoma] and let him learn how to play inside. Could even go with Nick Jean-Baptiste [DT; Baylor] to help spell Raji.

THE DUKE wrote:

Pretty good pick.

THE DUKE wrote:

Not a bad idea, but not really worthy of being drafted. I'd go with Jacquies Smith [DE/OLB; Missouri] to add another pass rusher to the mix.

THE DUKE wrote:

Right idea, wrong player. Take a flier on Juron Criner [WR; Arizona] here instead.

15. Philadelphia Eagles: Dontari Poe, DT - Memphis

Not the biggest fan of Poe, but it's a very realistic selection.

Quote:
14. Philadelphia Eagles: Rueben Randle, WR - LSU

I don't know if we'll go WR this early, but I like the pick.

Quote:
19. Philadelphia Eagles: Ronnell Lewis, OLB - Oklahoma

Good pick, love it.

Quote:
26. Philadelphia Eagles: Jamell Fleming, CB - Oklahoma

I cann see the reasoning behind this pick, but I'd rather see us take either Nate Potter, OT, Boise State or Senio Kelemete, OG/T, Washington, both would fit our scheme and add quality depth on the line.

Quote:
4. Philadelphia Eagles: Justin Bethel, FS - Presbyterian

No need to waste another pick on a safety, we already are developing two safeties at this point - thinking we'll address that spot by bringing in a veteran; this pick should be Brock Osweiler, QB, Arizona State, an absolute steal at this point.

Quote:
18. Philadelphia Eagles: Ryan Lindley, QB - San Diego State

Given the situation of us taking Os the prior round, this is a good spot for Ladarius Green, TE - La.-Lafayette.

Quote:
17. Philadelphia Eagles: Jack Crawford, DE - Penn State

Very solid pick here.

Quote:
25. Philadelphia Eagles: Desmond Wynn, OG - Rutgers

Don't mind this pick either, may look at Adam Gettis, OG, Iowa here, good pick regardless.

Quote:
Philadelphia Eagles: Jarius Wright, WR - Arkansas

Awesome pick

This is who you have the Redskins drafting:

1) QB Robert Griffin III
3) ILB Audie Cole NC St.
4) OG Brandon Brooks Miami OH
4) CB Brandon Boykin Georgia
5) C Garth Gerhart Arizona State
6) DT Nicolas Jean-Baptiste Baylor
7) DE Tyrone Crawford Boise State

This is who I would have taken with the players available:

1) Robert Griffin III....easy
3) Josh Chapman NT ...could take a center here too though with Ben Jones and Phillip Blake (RG3's college center) still there. Kendricks if you're sticking with ILB
4) David Molk C...take your O-line help here.
4) Ryan Broyles WR...steal at this point.
5) Ladarius Green TE...insurance for Fred Davis. Burflict is tempting though even though i know some will want nothing to do with him.
6) BPA from CB, ILB, Oline.
7) BPA from CB, ILB, Oline.

Thats a rough estimate for me.

I like Ta'amu, but with Osemel on the board, that'll be tough to pass up

> Round Three

> 24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Aaron Henry, FS - Wisconsin

no thank you. Not this early, without a single offensive lineman drafted yet. Henry isn't good enough to ignore the offensive line again

> Round Four
> 3. Minnesota Vikings: Amini Silatolu, OG - Midwestern State
> 7. Washington Redskins: Brandon Brooks, OG - Miami (Ohio)
here's your 3rd round pick for the Steelers, Amini Silatolu or Brandon Brooks

> 24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Rokevious Watkins, OG - South Carolina
see, this is way too late to pick up our first offensive lineman. Huge dropoff. Rather have Brown, Troy University

> Round Five
> 24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Darius Fleming, OLB - Notre Dame
meh....5th round isn't bad though mitchell Schwartz is still on the board

> Round Six
> 24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Philip Welch, K - Wisconsin
don't think Tomlin or Colbert will be drafting a kicker or a punter anytime soon, not after the ridiculousness they went through with Sepulveda

> Round Seven
> 24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jerrell Jackson, WR - Missouri
Akiem Hicks is on the board. What reason would we have for taking another small WR? We already have 4 of those
> 27. New Orleans Saints: Akiem Hicks, DT - Regina

1. Hightower
2. Ta'amu
3. Aaron Henry
4. Rok Watkins
5. Darius Fleming
6. a kicker
7. a small WR

pick 1 was solid
pick 2 was questionable, but understandable
pick 3 was absolutely no good. Screwed it up royally. There is no possible way that we can possibly go into the draft and skip offensive line each of the first 3 rounds. There was way too much offensive line talent on the board in the 3rd for us to reach for a questionable prospect. Henry won't start until he understands the defense, as he will be calling the secondary coverage, and he's definitetly not that kinda guy. Kudos for a 7 rounder, but I'd want to punch Tomlin and Colbert in the head if this is how our draft went.

if I had my druthers, here's how I'd run it, with the way you had the draft fall

1.24 - Dont'a Hightower, OLB
2.56 - Markelle Martin, FS
3.88 - Amini Silatolu, OG
4.120 - Greg Childs, WR
5.152 - NJB, NT
6.184 - Devon Wylie, KR/WR
7.216 - Akiem Hicks, DE
