I really think if D Thomas and Decker get in enough time with Peyton this offseason, we could have to a lesser extent what the Cardinals had a few years ago with Kurt Warner, Fitz, and Boldin. Lets just hope Thomas and peyton can be on the same page regardless if they practice their lives away with each other.

I am not at all concerned that DT isn't there. He might be the one guy who finds the one sprinkler head or a waffle iron on the field, trip, fall, and break something...

Manning's medical details aren't as scary as many wrote:

Code:
"People keep saying 'four neck surgeries,' but it was one surgery and call it what you want, but three other 'procedures,' " Manning said.

The procedures, which left small incision scars on the front and back of his neck, occurred over a 19-month span and caused him to miss the 2011 season. The major operation, anterior fusion surgery, was performed Sept. 8. Typically, the surgery — addressing pinched nerves — involves the removal of soft disk tissue between vertebrae and fusing the bones with a graft.

Manning remains in rehab mode, seeking to regain complete strength in his record-producing right arm and banking on the nerves to fully regenerate as doctors expect.

Peyton Manning will be doing his first interview since his press conference sometime tomorrow on the Les & Jojo show ( 102.3 ESPN )

They said it would be Wednesday 3/28/12 between 12:00pm MST-3:00pm MST... Those who miss it im sure they will post it pretty quickly on they're website.

C'mon man! Stop raining on the parade. There'll be plenty of time once the season starts.

Just allow us to do some "basking in the glory" for a bit. You'll get your turn. Wink

Interesting read. An in-depth behind the scenes examination of how EXF brought in Manning.

That's phenomenal work by Peter King.

Outstanding read; thank you VERY much for posting it.

ZOMG! He only threw for a career high 4,700 yards along with 33 TD's... You sure are reaching for ANYTHING you can grasp on to continue ragging on our team. Just shut up. Go comment on your own team. Because if i sunk down to your level i would be in their every single day ripping the Raiders on how much they are going to suck next season. Which they will.

im surprised no one has mentioned how much weight he lost and how out of shape is manning...

can he not weight lift right now?

i am concerned right now, he doesn't look like he can withstand any hits from any NFL player. he needs to pack on at least 20-30lb of muscle

Agreed 100%. Great article by King. Fox and Elway really handled it professionally and very classy unlike Carroll. I see why Seattle wasn't ever really in it now. Great find BroncoinGermany!

You guys are welcome. Stumbled on it via a new app of mine. Next to various applications about pro foozball news in general I have the Denver Post, the (in)official Denver Broncos website, 104.3 The Fan internet radio and the Denver Football app. The latter includes -amongst others- a subsection dedicated to the Mile High Report. Here I then found the linked article I posted above. I'm glad Android does offer this many Broncos apps... Cool

He has slimmed a little bit, but in the pictures he's wearing fairly loose clothing, so you can't tell if it's that much really.

Manning is dedicated when it comes to weight lifting ( you wouldn't know it looking at him ), I don't think the neck would have stopped him from doing that much, plus he has months to build up any muscle he lost if he has to.
