Rams will have a top 10 defense overall. Brockers, Dunbar, and Laurinaitis will help the run defense, Quinn, Langford, and Long will give the Rams a very good pass rush, and Finnegan, Jenkins, Johnson, Fletcher, Murphy, Mikell, and Steward will give the Rams a very good pass defense.
I also think Bradford will have a very good season. Quick, Pead, and Givens will all make big impacts as rookies for the Rams while SJ, Amendola, Smith, Salas, Kendricks, and Uh-Oh will be big reasons why those rookies will have early success. I am not predicting the Rams to have an explosive offense but I do expect them to be average which would be great with that top 10 defense.
Overall the Rams will win between 8 to 10 games with the schedule they have this upcoming season. They will easily be the surprise team in the NFL. Jeff Fisher will do to the Rams this season what Jim Harbaugh did to the 49ers last season. The only thing is the Rams wont win 13 games. |

AFC East:
Pats have off year, but win division at 10-6.
Jets lose first 5 games with Sanchez, then win 5 straight with Tebow before he gets injured, and they lose out.
Fred Jackson wins OPOY, Mario Williams wins DPOY, Bills win... 9 games.
Ryan Tannehill has a better rookie season than Luck and RG3.
AFC North:
Flacco plays at an elite level, leads Ravens to the Superbowl.
Steelers defense is not in the top 5 this year.
Bengals defense is in the top 5.
Colt McCoy is the Browns starter in Week 17.
AFC South:
Luck makes the Colts appear playoff bound in Week 10, but they fall off at the end of the season.
Locker and the Titans win the division but...
The Texans beat them on their way to the AFC Championship.
Jag Defense in top 3. So is their draft pick.
AFC West:
Peyton Manning battles injuries and change in environment, Broncos finish with a losing record.
Norv Turner is canned early in the season, but the Chargers still win a playoff game.
Chiefs win the Wild Card, Matt Cassel is not that bad.
Darren McFadden is not very effective returning from injury, Raiders have a top 5 pick in the draft.
NFC East:
Michael Vick plays less than 8 games, Eagles win less than 8 games.
Tony Romo has multiple comeback wins and wins a playoffs game, but is still called un-clutch (Not very bold)
Eli Manning plays elite.... until the playoffs where the Giants exit early.
RG3 has a poor rookie season, Redskins end with a top ten pick.
NFC North:
Bears Win 10 games, and the Superbowl.
Packers get homefield advantage throughout the playoffs, but lose to the Bears in the second round.
Stafford suffers a season ending injury early on, Lions end with a losing record.
Christian Ponder performs well for the weapons he's given, but the Vikigns have the #1 pick.
NFC South:
Cam Newton does not impress in his sophomore season, Panthers finish 6-10.
Saints are unphased by bounty issue, net a first round bye and a trip to the NFC championship. Brees is MVP.
Falcons defense is much improved, but Matt Ryan does not carry the team into the playoffs.
Bucs are last team to lose a game, but miss the playoffs anyway.
NFC West:
Niners suffer a slump, and miss the playoffs. They draft a QB in the first round of 2013 draft.
But the Cardinals jump in and make the playoffs, but get blown out by Chicago in the first round.
Pete Carroll gets fired at the end of a 4 win season, and the Seahawks trade up to get Matt Barkley.
Sam Bradford leads the Rams to 7 wins witout any receivers, and Rams become the hip pick to be a Superbowl contender in 2013. |

Lions - Stafford is in MVP hunt, 5k yards 40ish TD's, Megatron has huge year. Their defense becomes nasty with the pass rush
Bears - Have bad year. Cutler gets hurt again. Brandon Marshal shows he is over the hill
Vikings - get a wild card spot going 7-1 against their division. Ponder has huge year and proves he was worth a first round pick
Eagles - Vick has up and down year, ending on a high note with a wildcard playoff spot birth
Giants - Eli is injured and the Giants strugle
Cowboys - Miles Austin lights up the league with 20+ TD's and the Cowboys win the division
Redskins - RG3 shines and leads the team to a wild card race but ultimatly end up losing it to the Eagles. RG3 wins Offensive Rookie of the Year
Saints - Saints look different with out Peyton calling the shots. They struggle to a 7-9 record and miss the playoffs
Panthers - Cam Newton doesn't have a sophomore slump and produces another amazing season. Williams returns as the featured back and becomes a huge fantasy football sleeper. They go to the playoffs and hang for a few games. Maybe NFC championship
Falcons - Another solid year with an easy schedule. Probably win NFC South, split series with Panthers. Matt Ryan has MVP like year. Juilio Jones gets #1 receiver umbers
Buccaneers - The Bucc's struggle and finish last in the NFC.
49er's - Alex Smith and his crew have a good season but not quite as good as last year. They make it to the playoffs but do not win the NFC West. Moss has a good year
Cardinals - Kolb will not be the starter. They won't get more than 6 wins
Seahawks - Matt Flynn has huge year and wins division and ends up 13-3
Rams - Bradford has a bounce back year. The rams make a playoff run but come up short or lose in the wild card game
Chiefs - The Chiefs finish out worst in the AFC
Broncos - Manning shows some magic and wins the AFC West getting Decker and Thomas above 1000 yards. 11-4 will be their record
Raiders - Palmer gets hurt and Pryer gets worked into the rotation. Not a great year but Pryer makes it exciting
Chargers - Ryan Mathews has huge year, leads AFC in yards. Chargers do well but lose both games to the Broncos
and one to the Raiders
Dolphins - Matt Moore comes out of camp as the starter, has good year. End up 6-2 in division play. Make it to playoffs
Patriots - Tom Brady has MVP like year. Gronk and Hernandez continue to shine. Win a lot of games, lose to Fins, make it to playoffs
Jets - Tebow becomes starter after 0-5 start. Tebow leads Jets to moderate season and looks like a more sound passer. Miss playoffs or come close to last wildcard spot
Bills - Bills show improvement but lose all their close games. Fitzpatrick shows he was worth being resigned.
Texans - Win division again. QB controversy comes out of camp, TJ eventually takes over. Foster runs for 2000
Colts - Lucks strugles, Colts finish at the bottom of the division again
Jaguars - Gabbert shows improvement. MJD puts up good numbers again. Get into the wildcard hunt
Titans - Jake Locker takes over as the starter and shows brilliance. They play well but struggle to win games
Steelers - Have best record in AFC. Mike Wallace dominates and gets close to 2000 yards and 20 TD's
Ravens - Flacco has good year, as does Rice. They lose a few tough division games to tough Bengal and Browns teams.
Browns - Browns have great year, win key games against Ravens and split series with Bengals and Steelers.
Bengals - Dalton and Green continue to hook up on big plays. They have a good year and are in the wild card hunt. |
Did we just become best friends? |

-Jared Allen breaks the 20+ sack mark again
-Ponder plays well but doesn't perform enough with our weapons in the red zone and we draft 1st overall.
-Weeden gets hurt most of the year
-Peyton starts really lighting it up at the end of the year but Denver loses in round 1 |

I know this is about bold predictions, but is there anyone out there who actually believes there will be a controversy? _________________

Vernon is going to have more TDs than Alex Smith threw all of last year combined?
Not a chance. _________________

Personally I question the 15,000 yards more. That seems like a lot _________________
