I wonder if they dismissed him using the opposite of Reuben Foster's bitten TJ Yeldon statement. Laughing

Go there for Halloween some time and you'll see why.
Funny thing is, I've been to both OU and Madison for Halloween. Madison's was much larger and damn fun. OU's was pretty raw too but not quite what Madison's was.

I had a fun time there that wkd but there's no way I could have ever gone to school in such an isolated place. The truth of the matter is that the best party school is whatever you make of it. Some ppl like to show up on the fringes of parties and others throw bashes that are legendary.

A wealthy booster gave USC a private jet so they could recruit Silas.

2014 4* QB Chance Stewart commits to Wisconsin.

While he grew up a Michigan fan, he says a UM offer will not change his mind.

Man, I would sure hate to see how upset you would be if AU would have thrown the first punch, like Bama's did with Yeldon. And a sucker punch at that. At least they didn't try and sabotage their recruiting by having him wait until right before he was about to enroll(and an hour before the dead period) to flip like Yeldon did. You better believe that statement had a message to it. So did Yeldon's.

As for Zeke Pike....what a waste. I'll admit, I thought he could turn it around, but some kids don't handle the freedom of college life or the chance they have. Wish him the best, but he has a ton of growing up to do.

Thrill, here's a couple names from the past you might remember.

Yesterday, Shon Coleman stepped onto the practice field for the 1st time. Shon was diagnosed with leukemia shortly after signing with AU in 2010, and has battled back to rejoin the team and resume football activities. I would have been ecstatic if he could have just gotten his diploma, and never played ball. With all the "bad news" surrounding CFB these days, this kid is a bright spot on the landscape.

And Melvin Ray participated in his first practice at AU. He's got a long ways to go after not playing for 5 years, but he's still pretty impressive physically. I remember thinking he would be a star at Bama with Julio.

Michigan is one as well. I tried to get the full list from ESPN but they don't have it yet.

Awesome news about Coleman. That's great to hear!

I wasn't surprised Ray played baseball instead but I thought he had a better chance with football. It remains to be seen if he can get back to form or not.
