Okay so I was named GM because no one basically was interested, but I need a strong staff to help me with this thing! There is no free agency in this format and the rosters are frozen as of today so the likes of Bartell, Spencer, Brisiel, Goodson, Wheeler are Raiders! I am happy to assign positions to anyone that wants them so PM and or post in here but Assistant-GM is a crucial one and needs to be filled.
I am aware our draft kind of sucks because we don't have many picks, but we are the Raiders and we NEED to represent. Lets do this.

Okay the depth chart is skeleton at the moment as there are an overload of camp bodies signed for some positions and a dearth at others.
My main objectives are:
Add depth at Linebacker and O-Line as I still feel we lack good depth there.
Add a 3rd down pass rusher to compliment our DEs.

Silver&Black88 you can't be Mark Davis you can however be Mark Davis personal hair/clothing stylist.
oakdb36 you can be Director of Player Recruitment. If you want to get around other War Rooms sounding out potential players for trade.
Anyone got any feelings about trading our big names? Would certainly make it more interesting...

I would think the area we have a surplus of talent is in our LDE/UT players. Desmond Bryant has a pretty high ceiling in my book. Almost enough to consider trading the run stuffer Lamarr Houston. Tommy Kelly is another name to throw out if we look to target a NT of starting quality.
Lamarr needs to move inside but he can't because we have Tommy Kelly and Seymour at starting DT's. I would rather have Tommy Kelly then Lamarr going into next season. But Houston does have a long tough as nails type of career ahead of him.

Murphy and Ford I definitely could see being moved. I commented earlier on Kelly. But DMC would need to warrant over a first round pick in total value. I would think at a minimum. But thats just mine opine. And I'm not one to vote for trading Darren, but always will listen.

None of those guys have to be traded, i'd like to find out what their worth though, unless one of those guys is deemed untouchable by the staff, of course. For me, none is. |
