If the quarterback can't get the ball in your hands, I suppose you can't drop it.

Were you one of the Evans supporters?

The picture beside this headline on PFT says it all for me.

I was a supporter of possibly bringing him back at a reduced price. The Jags want him so they can have him. People make mistakes. He had an injury plagued year with us. I wish him nothing but the best with the Jags and hopefully he can stay healthy.

For about the first 10 weeks he was on our roster I was. As the ankle issue dragged on, I became leary of him. Now, knowing how the season ended, I prefer to take the high road by taking my mother's advice -- If you don't have anything nice to say...

I'll preface the next question by saying I'm alright with Cundiff. I understand the circumstances. That said, I still want to see the Ravens bring someone in to compete with him. I think that can be accomplished with an undrafted free agent (or two).

Oh God.

I got that all the time. Admittedly, it is very good advice. Just didn't want to hear it at the time haha.

I want to bring him a veteran Kicker for Cundiff. He needs competition and there is some good names out there. Harbaugh hinted that we could possibly be interest in a Kicker from the draft. Would make sense as to why we have not pulled the trigger on one yet. Kickers don't get signed until late anyway.

I still hope Dallas is willing to part with Kai Forbath. I just don't understand why they're keeping him around.

It seems to me they're hostaging him so that a team interested in a kicker might be willing to toss them a 7th round pick or something. They don't need him after the year their kicker had. And if they bring him into camp for competition, he's only going to get released if he loses. It's such a classless move to drag him along if you have no intention of having him make the roster.

When your owner is also your GM things like that take place sometimes.

Evans might not have wanted to come back after he got cut either, it's hard to say though. That's a really nice pickup for Jacksonville though. Their WRs are the worst in the league.

Getting somebody that has a shot of challenging Cundiff for his job would be nice too. I'm kind of expecting the team to just bring in a camp leg and give Cundiff and easy out though.

Well as long as they don't sit him for the entire year because of an injury and then expect him to make the biggest catch of the year for their team to send them to the Superbowl -- he should be fine.

He's a playmaker, we all saw that. Just needs to stay healthy.

Meh.

Forgive and (never) forget?

Nah.

I really don't ever envision a time where the sight of him doesn't anger me greatly.

Sorry. Not this time. I do with him the best though.

Does Evans really have something left to offer?

Regardless of how bad our WRs are, is he still a decent WR?

He still looked like he has wheels. He made some plays in the playoffs. I still think he's good.

Just like Jesus, I wept. Sad

I really wanted Lee Evans back. Hope he turns it on elsewhere unless he plays us of course.

Welp! Time to get Stephen Hill! He'll learn to catch and route-run! Twisted Evil
