Raiders to donate 10% of new gross season ticket purchases

Not sure why we haven't made a thread about this yet, because this is truly an awesome story.

10% of the gross of all new season tickets sold in May and June will be donated to Oakland schools, who desperately need the funds. With the Raiders also on somewhat of hard times and struggling to get funding for a new stadium, this is an awesome gesture from Mr. Davis and the entire organization.

Would buy if i wasnt in Utah. Unfortunately for me i can only usually get out there for 1 game a year. Soon enough i will be able to come out enough to justify buying season tickets. Its would also help if we didnt have to go the craphole they call the Coliseum.

Cool by them though. Glad we are in decent enough shape to be able to afford to do that.

Once I graduate from college in SLO and return to the Bay Area, I'll definitely be buying season tickets.
