Merry Draftmas everyone!
Here's the thread for the discussion for at least the first round (depending on the number of posts in this thread by tomorrow, I may open up a new thread for the second round to clean things up for people trying to read them later). Keep all draft related discussion here. When the 49ers make a pick, there will surely be a thread that is posted somewhere on the forum announcing it. Look to see if one is there before posting your own. Even with doing so, we'll still likely have 3 or 4 pop up per pick. A moderator will lock or delete the duplicate threads to avoid cluttering up the board. It will be done based on what thread already has the most posts, or if they're all at the same amount, we'll likely just leave the one with the most recent reply in it on top and close the others. No hard feelings - it just needs to happen this way.
If anyone knows they're going to be around the forum for all of the draft and wants to volunteer to be the official thread maker for our draft picks, that would also be helpful.
For at least the first day, SoCal will be around, so if anyone has any questions or needs, PM him. I won't be around throughout the draft, as my sketch comedy troupe's show opens tonight, and I will either be there or at work for the full duration of the draft (which both does and doesn't suck). For the second two days, any needs may need a global mod, as I know SoCal may be busy as well those second two days. _________________

Um, no. I too fell for the workout warrior at 1st, but now I question whether we'll see the production his workouts promise.
Yes, indeed! Fleener please! _________________

lol. Sooner, I was talking about the name. Its funny to hear these "analyst" call these players by the wrong name. I never wanted Poe. _________________

Ah, I understand now, scraly. I noticed the change in the name, but still thought you were talking about the prospect. _________________

lol. I wouldn't want us or the panthers(since I live in NC) to draft this kid. It made me sick when the panthers were inked to him after the combine. _________________

I have this strange gut feeling that we are going to trade ... (or someone else ahead of us) with the Colts for their 34th pick (and something else, maybe a 4th) so they can get Fleener. I wouldn't be surprised and I wouldn't be angry. _________________

if we let Fleener slip by for a 4th I'd be very angry _________________
