Why are we so stupid when it comes to these later rounds???? I'd be fine with grossman to come in if RGIII got hurt. Should've went with Norman or Sanders.

HAHA Im sorry though. This is a horrible pick. A good preseason from Cousins and a couple bad games form RGIII and its time for drama in DC. They should have waited until next year to draft a backup. Cousins is solid that is the problem with this pick. |

He could also be used for trade purposes, a la Matt Cassell/Kevin Kolb. They are going for value, and Cousins is yet another one of those "high character", "team captain" kind of guys. |

Nonsense. RGIII's hype, draft association (#2) and the compensation given up will not produce a Colt Brennan situation. It's like saying that draft a QB after drafting Andrew Luck is going to cause rumblings, of course it won't.

Grossman is going to be one of the best qb coaches/mentors anywhere. I dont want him gone just for that reason.

We will see in a year or two. Im not saying Cousins will take his job this year. Naw that wont happen. But all it take is a one bad season from RG3. RG3 getting hurt some where during his second season. Cousins coming in for him and being solid. And boom here we go. We have seen the story hundreds of times. I think Cousins can come in and play really soon. |
