The university says the 30-year-old Roethlisberger (RAWTH'-lihs-bur-gur) received his bachelor's degree in education and joined nearly 600 students during Sunday's commencement at the campus in Oxford. His wife, parents and grandmother attended.

Roethlisberger says he felt it was important to finish his classes to illustrate the value of getting an education.
good for Ben! I'm so proud of him and how he's turned his life around the past few years. Cool

I gotta hand it to him, if I made as much money as he does I wouldn't have finished school. Speaking of which didn't Polamalu recently finish up his degree at USC?

Good.....seems like he got that stupid youth stuff out of the way and is really settling down. These are the kind of stories I wanna hear in the offseason.

Now if he can apply that college knowledge to the new offensive playbook it would be great. Sounds like he will need to spend extra homework time in learning it.
