Mike Jones takes a stabb at our starting roster.

With Raheem Morris as the DB coach, you have to believe that Tanard Jackson is the favorite for the FS position. I do hope they keep some of the young corners on the roster knowing that Raheem has identified well with young players.

3. It will be interesting to see how things play out at cornerback. There are eight on the roster and none of them appears to be training camp fodder. DeAngelo Hall and Josh Wilson are the starters but everything is muddled behind that. Holdovers Kevin Barnes and Brandyn Thompson will compete with free agent signees Cedric Griffin and Leigh Torrence, seventh-round draft pick Richard Crawford and undrafted free agent Chase Minnifield. It would not shock me if any of them ended up playing a key role and it would not be surprising if any of them was cut.
Intersting take here, I'd agree

I agree with the post but I honestly believe that if Chase is healthy, he will be our 3rd CB. Imo he was a 2nd rd talent he is honestly a very good all around CB think Los with hands! If he is healthy hes my bold perdiction on the season. But it would be nice to see Barnes step up but honestly they claim he is so smart but Imo he isnt very football smart! Like he always just seem lost on the field

LOL I stole this from one of you guys to save myself some typing, and changed what I thought would be different...
I take Barnes over Griffen...I they they have about the same talent and barnes is younger.
Gettis needs a little time to get stonger!!! I think he can break into the active roster at some point.

If I were you guys, I'd wait until July before even thinking about guessing at the roster. Outside of a couple of positions, I think everything is up for grabs.
