| Quote: | | Florence was released by the team on Friday in what was regarded as a mild surprise after Buffalo spent much of the offseason improving what has been a porous defense. Florence is a nine-year NFL veteran who had 45 starts in 46 games during a three-year stint with the Bills. |
Would you guys be interested in the Browns signing him? I know I'd be happy to have him in brown and orange. He's a solid cornerback and depth is always needed at cornerback. _________________ Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee

He's not terrible. I'd say he's fairly average. _________________ Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee

I would rather try to develop Skrine and the rookie and see what we have. One of those could potentially develop into the #2 or nickle, in a perfect would one would be 2 and the other nickel, but thats not likely.
Anyway I would still rather see what we have than roll with a guy that you know isn't the answer and not test the young pups.
That way we will know if we need to address the position in the next draft. _________________ WHY SO SERIOUS!!!!! |

Don't forget about Dockery. He didnt get any time in the season, but he had a great Pre-season. Though, I think there's a possibility he moves to Safety. |

QBs had a 103.3 passer rating against him last season. He's terrible. |

I'm well aware of that. I've seen him play plenty of times and I don't consider him terrible. Many Bills fans seem to think he's a solid player. _________________ Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee

He was horrendous last year in Buffalo.
I wouldn't even bother with a phone call. _________________
