I think we just used him wrong. Or at least Manusky did. He wasn't suppose to be used as a SOLB full time.
How much you want to bet he'll end up with the Colts? |

Agreed. I think he's a very solid pass rush specialist, but it seems that we already have that team set with SP, Barnes and with Ingram inside. I think if we used LaBoy right last year, and didn't have so many injuries at OLB, he wouldn't have played bad at all.
But our OLB spot is filled with many average players and pass rush specialists. _________________

I imagine he'll be brought in to Carolina soon. We've signed a bunch of ex Chargers since Rivera came in.
With that said, I assume pass rushing is his strength and run defense is his weakness, right? Would like to have an extra rusher and he'd definitely be a backup behind our 4 LBs. _________________

He doesn't have a connection with Rivera, he joined the Chargers last year when Manusky was hired as DC |

He'll go to the Colts, he has no history with Rivera. |

Or the Raiders. Jason Tarver (Raiders DC) was his position coach with the 9ers, he spent his youth in the Bay Area, has signed with west coast teams ever since he has been a FA and Oakland still needs help rushing the passer. |

Has someone who played Defensive line for the Titans ever gone on to have great success elsewhere after doing well with them? I know that Odom was having a good year before having a season-ending injury, but that sorta ties into my point. _________________

Career ending. He's out of the league because of that injury. _________________
