Yeah somebody doesn't understand that recovery is one of the most important parts of training. Your muscles aren't built in the gym, they're built during your time outside of it.

Over training can actually be detrimental to your body and can lead to more injury for McFadden

And would you really like me to post pics of mayweather or Peterson partying? I can do it easily for you. People forget that these guys are still human and still need to have a life outside of football.

What's the difference between thi vacation or some other player taking their kids on vacation? As long as he stays out of trouble, there is none

You're stupid if you think DHB doesn't taking any vacations over the offseason. DMAC is starting to get the Lebron treatment on this forum. Anything he does is wrong. My newspaper didn't come yesterday? Mcfadden's fault. A little vacation isn't bad and it can be good to not only let your body rest but your mind as well.

Also, you don't know how long he was in hawaii and you don't know if he was working out while he was there so don't pretend you do. There are plenty of gyms in Hawaii....there are fields and beaches to run on.

Word Applause

(except for the insult)

Conditioning, power, explosion has never been an issue for him. He always shows up to camp in better shape than anyone. The issue is injurys. Maybe he should work out less.

Do you see pics of dhb chilling on beaches in the offseason no you see pic of him working out with cp, ausberry etc. When dmac can last a whole season then he can get some slack. Everyone loves making excuses for the guy cause he had one good season that he didnt even finish. All I know is what Allen said

Quote:
-Q: Will he be out there at full speed in this next mini-camp?

-ALLEN: There’s no crystal ball to see exactly where he’s going to be at during that point in time. What I can tell you is he participated fully in the voluntary mini-camp and we expect that he’ll participate fully in the OTAs and then the mandatory mini-camp.

The coaching staff doesnt know what to expect with dmac.

How many belts does Money May have? dude is undefeated as a boxer he deserves to do whatever the hell he wants but he knows when to party and when to train.

How many accomplishments has AP made in the nfl? again he also deserves to do whatever the hell he wants.

what has dmac done?

You would've had a heart attack watching the old Raiders when they would go to bars the night before the Superbowl.

I have no problem with that because it means they

a) lasted all season
b) accomplished something major

If dmac is/was a baller or even accomplished anything i wouldnt care but last time I saw him he was stalking the sidelines next time I see him he is on the gossip sites.

He must've been frozen in time between those two times you last saw him, not doing anything

Yeah I'm sure he and all the other injured guys were chillin in Bermuda with Cubans hanging out their mouth, not rehabbing or anything, him, peyton and schaub were all just chillin. O wait, that's only what dmac was doing, because well, he's dmac and he's only had like one good season. Totally, what a slacker! Bet he faked those injuries.

First off of DHB was on a beach outside the bay area..nobody would know because he's not recognizable to a TMZ reporter. How many pics do you see of Tom Brady doing non football activities? Are you going to question his work ethic now too?
