With Pre-Season gearing up in a few days its the right time to mark down your predictions for the unpredictable! So lets make a couple predictions so we can look like geniuses in February!

I'll start:

Which means he'll be taking Spencer's spot? Or due to the system? He showed flashes last year. Big fan of Butler.

If training camp is any indication, Butler and Spencer play very different roles. It's doubtful any set of circumstances would lead to Butler taking over Spencer's spot. Brandon Williams is more likely to do that than Butler.

Spencer is responsible for the strong side. He has to deal with extra blockers and he has to key on the run. Rob also has him playing as a down lineman a lot.

Butler is going to get a lot of snaps, most of which will be on passing downs, so he won't be worn down playing the run. He'll also be rushing from the weak side, where offenses will be far more concerned with Demarcus Ware. He's also a very, very good pass-rusher.

The ingredients are there for him to have a huge year.

Romo sets new NFL season records for yardage and YPA and throws 2.5 times as many TDs as interceptions. Witten has his 3rd consecutive 90 catch, 1000 yd season. Conventional wisdom is that they're both average-- it's only because Bryant and Austin are the two best receivers in the league. Oddly, conventional wisdom is also that neither Miles or Dez is a top ten receiver because all they do is go deep.

Dallas goes on to lose a closely contested NFC Championship game to Green Bay on a missed last-second 52 yd field goal, proving that Aaron Rodgers is the greatest QB of our time and Romo lacks any leadership ability.

Seems like we had a thread about this recently.

Romo will put up MVP type numbers.

Dallas won't have a 1,000 yd rusher

Dez leads WRs in yds and TD.

Ware puts up 15 sacks

Dallas is improved defensively, finishing in the top 15.

Dallas finishes the season 8-8.

-Bennett will be a great piece on our offense.

-Romo will have over 5000 yds this season.

-Witten, Austin, and Dez will all have over 1000 yds this season.

-Ware will get over 20 sacks this season and will get over 100 career sacks this season.

-Andre Gurode will be replaced by Phil Costa on the O-line

-Arkin will start at Gaurd sometime this season because of an injured Holland.

probably the boldest prediction of them all. I only see it happening if we can get other guys to contribute to the pass rush outside of Ratliff. That shouldn't be too much of a problem though with a healthy Bradie James, a new D system, and Kenyon Coleman (underrated pass-rushing 3-4 DE) in the mix.

Don't sleep on Butler, Williams, Hatcher, Lissenmore and Scandrick to help the pass rush either. I know they are rotational but on passing downs you'll see them a lot imo. However, I think teams will bite the bullet and let them go one on one with a guy and still double Ware and Ratliff.......which in the end will benefit the team. I see Ware having a better overall season in terms of OLB, but not sack record crazy in sacks. More tackles, more INTs etc

Romo: throws for 4600+ yards, 35 TDs, 15 INTs

Miles Austin: 900+ yards, 9 TDs

Dez Bryant: 1000+ yards 10 TDs

Jason Witten: 1000+ yards 8 TDs

Top 5 Defense in NFL

13-3

NFC Championship

That's as bold as I am willing to go...
