I didn't see any gun in the video which is good news for Rolando. Sucks that whenever there's a fight now days everyone pulls out their phone to video tape it instead of breaking it up.

Not really. You can here the dude they was punking say put the gun away. Also you can tell that video had been edited. My question is how did the news get that video. McClain folks are so far from real or gangsta like they try to act, I can tell you that much.

Did I miss something? Looked like the dude stepped outside and through the first punch, no?

He should have just jukes McClain and ran home. That works on Sunday.

Anyway, put him on the bench, and stupar at MLB. McCain needs a reality check, he acts like its a right to be a Raider/NFL player and not a privilege

It didn't look like he did anything wrong from that video though

Here is what I see. Dumb kids first and foremost. This looked like HS stuff. Second the "victim" threw the first punch which was stupid. If he was really afraid he should have just left. Doubt any one of those guys besides maybe Willingham would have chased him. And its not because he was a afraid of being a female dog because he reported it to the police and filed complaints. All other guys tried to stop the fight after the victim tapped out besides Willingham. Willingham if anyone deserves court punishment but I dont know how the victim escapes punishment himself since he threw the first punches. As for McClain I see nothing there that would convict him of any crime in court. Goodell may see it as 1 or 2 game suspension for being a bonehead and hanging out around this.

In the article it says the guy who's voice says put down the gun is actually the shooters voice because they thought the Victim had a gun but it was really a box cutter. Cant tell if it is Rolando's voice or not.

That wasn't even McClain who he threw the punch at, that was the other got who was charged according to the report.

Quote:
Tapscott follows Willingham outside, and the two exchange blows briefly before Willingham winds up on top of Tapscott on the ground, punching him as Tapscott tries to cover his head.

From understading McClain is in the video from 1:15 until 2:30 and he's in the baseball cap talking to him, grabs him a few times and then kicks him out of the house.

It's not pretty but much of how this turns out legally could be determined by well McClain's attorney argues his case. Hopefully McClain will spare no expense to clear his name or at least reduce his liability. I appears to me that Tweezy feels that Tapscott disrespected him and collectively they decide that both gentlemen will settle it in the streets, hood-justice style, despite the fact that Tapscott is an unwilling combatant.

(speculation as to what isn't on the tap) Things escalate when Tapscott acquires an unknown weapon, which turns out to be a boxcutter, and McClain goes into defense-mode, demanding that Tapscott reveal the weapon. When he refuses McClain fires a warning shot near his ear.

MANY athletes run with a seedy crowd being that many of them come from bad neighborhoods and MCClain's troubled background is well-documented. This is not an excuse for McClain's actions but defendents are routinely over-charged in an effort to get something to stick or to get the defendant into a plea deal. While I am not an attorney, Tweezy and Tapscott were equal combatants, both using fists. No ones life was in eminent danger as Tapscott does engage Tweezy initially and when the fight is broken up he was allowed to freely go to his vehicle. When Tapscott acquires an unknown weapon it could be deemed self-defense, albeit loosely. The proof of burden is whether McClain knew beyond a responsible doubt that Tapscott did not have a gun. Clearly he didn't.

Lest I remind you that Ray Lewis' former relationships also led him to run afoul of the law early in his career and he was able to turn his career around and rebrand his image. Ultimately, I believe McClain will cop to a plea deal where he does no time and is charged with a minor weapons offense along with a lengthy probation. As Goodell's modus operandi is to be punitive I'm guessing McClain will garner a 4 game suspension.

Playing in a defense that makes sense, McClain will begin to display the potential associated with his draft status. The Raiders, McClain and Raider Nation will move on from this.

Oh.... so the dude going ape in the white shirt isn't even McClain?

Then what of this incriminates McClain exactly? Looks like a he's just a victim of being in the wrong place and the wrong time.

HaHa . . I thought he was the one wailing on that dude.
