Quick reminder. You can't vote in the division that you are in. _________________

Are we supposed to be taking injuries into account? _________________

For this, just assume they are healthy.
But you can take them into account when looking long term. So basically, if a guy gets hurt a lot that could hinder his performance. For instance, Bogut isn't as good because he is hurt frequently. _________________

Miami Heat
HC: Rick Adelman
PG - Deron Williams / Steve Nash
SG - Russell Westbrook / Shane Battier / Renaldo Balkman
SF - Thabo Sefolosha / Steve Novak / Khris Middleton
PF - Paul Millsap / Udonis Haslem / Drew Gordon
C - Bismack Biyombo / Meyers Leonard / Francisco Elson
Need help on the inside. I didn't want to deal anyone before the first round of voting, just to gauge where my team is at.
Everyone can be had for the right price. Can we trade draft picks potentially as well? _________________

When do we get to use our extra cap space on free agents? _________________

That was my fault. I rushed through the voting process. Your team is constructed very well even though there isn't a superstar.
My team is still in flux. I thought at some point we were going to get to use our cap room. _________________

I made sure not to look at who was who before I voted so I wouldn't be biased.
So I have no idea whose team I voted in what place in which division. _________________

yea same
and there's a few teams (not saying which ones), that would be a lot better, but they are not really constructed well at all aka no direction. some teams could be a lot higher on my lists with little tweaks here and there. _________________

First Polls are officially finished. The second polls will go up around the end of January/Early February.
Trading is open, just make sure that you don't go over the cap. Also, Draft Picks can be traded (1st/2nd) _________________

This was something I was mulling over prior to starting this league. I wanted to wait until the off-season to use unused cap space just because everybody can then give fair offers to all of the free agents.
But if you want a free agent this year, you can sign one, as long as he has the same contract as he does in this league. For instance, if you want to sign Amar'e this year. You'll have to pick up his:
19.9 / 21.7 / 23.4 ....
But if you want to wait til the off-season, you can offer him whatever you want.
So... After this season, every player who wasn't drafted will be an unrestricted free agent. So you can sign him in the off-season or during the season next year. _________________
