| Emeka Okafor would be a good fit. Having him and Brand platoon the center position would be great rebounding and defense for 48 minutes a night. |

His contract would make things very tough on us though.
I'll pass. _________________

another loss, but we are definitely gaining momentum.
I just wish Roddy could do this every night. _________________

Oh and Brand started at center today with Dirk at PF. It works better than Kaman and Dirk, but Kaman definitely needed more minutes, with Dirk getting a few less.
Dirk's conditioning got a little better with this 4 day layoff. I like. _________________

| Jae Crowder took the absolute worst shots I have ever seen tonight. |

He's been doing that a lot recently. I don't like him so much anymore. He's a bit of a chucker, although he can't create his own shot, so he's a spot up chucker.
Not a good combo. _________________

Dirk definitely conditioned during the 4 game layover before the Spurs matchup. He looks to be back into form, although it's only been 2 games.
Mayo's ability to generate assists has certainly benefited from Dirk coming back. He's been having some very efficient games for us all the way around. He's a keeper fo sho. _________________

Rick Carlisle should never have taken Dirk out of the game with under 2 left to play in the 4th. He made it easy for LaMarcus.
Mayo has been good in the clutch all year, but he had two costly turnovers, a missed FT, and an offensive charge tonight. Those really cost us the game. _________________

I agree, i was hoping we would trade Carter or Marion in the Gay trade today and be the third team. But if Carter stays hot he might bring a bigger return. And im sure Marion could, I just hope they dont get to loyal to those 2, we might could get an expiring deal and a lotto pick for Carter, that way for valuable than one more year of him. _________________

So the Wright-James pairing in the middle was surprisingly effective. Offensively, there's obviously spacing issues, but for a team that's struggled on defense and the boards, rolling with a pair of young, long, athletic bigs more often might be a good idea.
Which basically means they need to get rid of Kaman, since there's no room for him, Dirk, Brand, and those 2. _________________

That tends to happen to us. Remember Antoine Wright vs. Melo?
Brandan Wright vs. Bogut the other day was another good example. You could have called a foul on Bogut when he switched back and checked Wright with his left arm (would have been a soft one, but it was a foul), and then again when Bogut hit Wright's arm AND hand on the shot.
However, that's how basketball is. If you look at where the refs were, the one baseline under the basket probably should have rolled around to get a better look at the contact. He was actually following the ball when it was in Mayo's hands, which is SUPER wrong. I can't believe stuff like that goes at the professional level. His eyes should have been fixed on the bigs in the paint the ENTIRE time. _________________

I like Kaman off the bench, but we should get rid of him because he has a large expiring contract that we can get something decent back in return.
I think he should be playing PF more now than C since he's got a good finesse game with a reliable mid-range jumper. _________________
