Yes you can. It'll give you the option on your team page _________________

Just a friendly reminder to GM's, teams will be finalized tomorrow morning. don't forget to select your keeper players! _________________

I'm not sure if yahoo! gives you the option or not, but I made a post a couple of weeks ago that it would be the same if you were taking over GM duties for a real NFL team in that you inherit the previous regime's players. Thus you should be able to have keepers (assuming Yahoo! gives you the previous GM's players).
Again, you are allowed up to 2 and you lose a draft pick for each one (1st and 2nd). _________________

It doesn't show as me having anyone on my team so how do I do keepers? Is there anyway I can find out who would of been on the old owners team last year? _________________

Looks like you don't get keepers, but you will likely have a couple really early picks that teams who kept players won't have _________________

This.
Also you will pick in the same spot of the GM you replaced (based on his record last year). Don't have the info in front of me as to what pick that is exactly. _________________

A heads up:
I will be setting the draft order this weekend. It will be worst to first for the first two rounds (excluding any keeper players) with the remaining rounds having a random order.
To be as fair as possible, I'll be using a site that has a list randomizer to determine draft order for rounds 3 and beyond.
http://www.random.org/lists/
Any questions, hit me with a pm! _________________

| I unfortunately am out of town for labor day weekend on a family camping trip every year, so I will miss the draft again. I will make sure to pre-rank my players though. |

WHEW! The draft order is finished, it took a little finesse... I had to do minor tweaks to a few rounds to make things as even as possible while still keeping it random. You should be able to view the draft order via the league page. I'll work on the game schedule next week! _________________
