The 2012 San Francisco 49ers might be the best madden team ever. Dominant D. Moss Rockets, Davis mismatches.

The 2005 Raiders/2010 Cowboys are just a step below.

Not even close.

There have been several teams over the years with dominant Ds and better offenses in Madden.

And Moss isnt nearly the player he used to be, and Im sure that will be reflected in the game.

IMO, the Ravens around 05-06 were much more dominant.

Great line, amazing RB, even better defense.

The best Madden team were/are the '04 Atlanta Falcons if only because they had the best Madden player ever on it, Michael Vick.

If you find someone who knows how to use them, the '11 Philadelphia Eagles are freakin' difficult to stop as well. Good thing that most people who pick them instead try to cheese with Vick and don't know how to play with them. '08 Pats are up there as well.

The Lions are a really good team as well. Calvin Johnson with those two TEs + those other WRs who are all small quick and fast.

2001-2002 Rams were unstoppable. Pretty much unfair.

Yup, Eagles were unstoppable, I quit playing because there was nothing the defense can do and I always play with the Eagles, even through bad seasons.

And we all know ratings mean nothing...i mean have you guys ever used emmanuel sanders? Or Kyle Rudolph?

So many players with low ratings but good skills...i mean i won a league with Jake Locker as my QB, who played like manning and vick combined.

some people in madden are freaking crazy lol. I just played this older guy that thought I was cheating b/c his top WR for some reason wasn't playing. I swear, some people can't handle losing lol.

Wow, surprised this hasn't been posted yet. Just found this out and it's a GREAT move.

http://mymaddenpad.com/2012/06/08/madden-nfl-13-has-new-hot-routes/

They've removed slant routes and replaced it with the zig. Fantastic. Playing against slant out cheesers were incredibly annoying. Also, for anyone who likes to use the blue routes, you can now use that on any play with the block and release for the halfback.

I hope the wheel route for backs doesn't get cheesed, though.

One thing I'm liking is it seems the people developing it, know football. Hell, he was a QB at Florida.

The Demo should be out in a week or so. EA normally releases the demos about a month before release.
