I think he won't get suspended, or a two game suspension at the worst. Losing Diehl for a few games wouldn't be detrimental, but we're a bit short on known commodities on the OL now and Diehl is somewhat versatile. There's a lot of unknown young guys behind the starters, so it could end up being beneficial to have a trial by fire with them. Might get a new starter out of it, or might appreciate Diehl more.

He is a established mature player in the league. As far as his career goes this shouldnt really affect him at this stage of his career, can't say the same about the young guys. But hey when we talk about DUI's who doesn't think it's stupid. I just know Diehl isn't the kind of guy to repeat that and once again I can't say the same about the young guys.

no. kareem mckenzie got a DUI during game week and he started. i doubt the giants do anything but fine him if that. |
